"Fantastic company to work with. We had £500k worth of marble coming into the country from Italy and we didn't have our own facility to unload and store, and nor did we have space on site, so we had the deliveries come into Maximum Logistics. We found them to be competitive, efficient and very helpful. Everything was delivered on time, and we had a high number of deliveries (as we required small loads) and we were sometimes giving them very short notice. In some instances we required some of the marble to be delivered to site as soon as it had arrived at Maximum Logistics, and they were able to oblige on every occasion. I highly recommend these guys. Thank you."
"Avoid all costs. staff are rude and do not care. driver who delivered dumped all his rubbish in someone private land opposite to me. He so stupid didn't see the signs or cameras that caught him."
"The worst company ever to deal with. Not only unreliable, the staff is unfriendly and horrible. Delivery the goods to wrong address and showed us signed POD. Despite calling several times and saying that goods weren't delivered to correct address...no response. Luckily the people whom they delivered the goods informed that delivery was made to them by mistake. DON'T USE THIS ABSURD COMPANY!!!"
"was expecting a pallet before 9am, was told it would be with us by 2pm!! didn't arrive by 2pm so ended up collecting it from their yard where it had been sat all day, it never even made it onto a lorry let alone to our address!!! not even an apology either, steer clear!!"
"Shocking service - forgot to pick up pallet on one day, arrived in a van without a tail-lift (as specified on my order) so couldn't load pallet, and after pick up on third attempt, I get call from client saying pallet hasn't arrived. Staff refused to accept any responsibility for error, nor could they provide details of who I should speak to to track my pallet. When I complained, they hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY."
