“Our car broke down outside the shop at night. Next day went to see it with my husband; the owners were outside working on another car. We asked if they could take a look to see what the problem was. They were able to diagnose the fan belt immediately and spent a little time to help fix the car so it was in a drivable state. They gave price range of how much they would charge as well as other mechanics so we wouldn't be overpriced elsewhere. Offered an open door if we wanted to come back and get it fixed with them. Genuinely nice brothers that own the store, went out of their way to help us!”

“My friend recently introduced me to this cute little coffee shop. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I was recommended the Pink Chai which is vegan friendly, just ask for your favourite non dairy milk with it. We also had the mini samosas which paired very well with the Pink Chai. “Absolutely incredible customer service from JOSH, who was extremely friendly and professional in helping my mother find a new pair of Skechers. He used his own initiative to identify suitable shoes, and came back multiple times with new suggestions. He gave clear explanations for technical differences between the available shoes, and was prompt, friendly and articulate. He listened carefully to my mother as she tried on the shoes and explained what she needed. Josh showed his expertise on the variety of shoes, of which there are many in store to choose from, and quickly checked stock levels for those shoes that were not available in store. Josh even brought different sizes to try and genuinely appeared happy to help, with a positive attitude, and even brought over a stool for my mum to sit on to try the shoes. In the end, my mum found and bought a pair that was suitable and is now delighted - thanks largely to Josh and his exemplary level of customer service. Thanks Josh and thanks Skechers, Wembley.”

“I collected my lengha outfit yesterday (Saturday 10th October 2020), after choosing this in March, before the lockdown. I have to say that when I visited in March the service was excellent and when returning to collect the altered lengha, again the service was excellent. I have to say I received points from the two lengha's I purchased in March. This time I bought bangles worth £90, but with the points I only paid £15.00 Thank you Variety Silk House for a great service from your staff, although I'm not purchasing at the moment due to weddings being cancelled, should I need anything in the future, I will be returning as VSH has excellent and the latest designs which are amazing. Well done to all the staff, for being helpful, polite and also respected customers space due to Covid.”

“The atmosphere in here was amazing. Every shelf was nicely stocked and the Isles were spaced out. It wasent very crowded and there was excellent customer service. Also I loved everything about the bakery, there was so many options to choose from and the food was nice and fresh, but I would love if they added more tongs because I had to wait for people to be done as there weren't any other tongs available. Other than that you'll be expecting another visit from me.”

“Hi, this is very rear for me to take the time to write a review about a service whether good and bad, as it takes time and effort and if it’s bad I just don’t go to the restaurant or shop again. But today Saturday, I had to send a review as I’ve been to many high street and local pharmacies in the past and at times felt just another person, but today an Asian women gave me advice re my tablets especially during this hot weather on how to take them and other advice to make sure I survive this hot weather. She treated me like I was a member of her family and was so kind and caring and very professional, which is rare to find nowadays. Sorry I did not get her name, but I thought I had to write a review, but she did mention, that she was a locum pharmacist. If I was you Pharmacist you better sign her up as good staff are hard to find these days and though she only spent a few minutes with me, if felt like she was speaking to me for 30 mins and the information she gave was so useful. I hope she stays and I see her then again in the future. Mr. D”

“Very nice discovery,great bathroom,kitchen ,bedroom showroom.Great choice of varied well known brands and some exclusive too.Amazing range of tiles.Settings of bathroom settings in various sizes give one an idea and puts ones project into perspective.Nice helpful staff.Plumbing department too for the fitting one might née to complete the job.Am going to return with a properly booked appointment with my bathroom/shower project measurements so the gentlemen by the name of Sandeep can give me an estimate for my project and see what price for the equipment.Will update once done.”
