"Very disappointing service . I ordered quooker tap and quooker filter and I went for pick up they didn’t give me my whole order instead they mislead me by saying that quooker boiling water tank is filter and over a month they had my item with them me not knowing and when it is time to install then I was told by my plumber that this is only boiling water and not filter because I had no idea about the product what comes with it. I try to call them they said they had filter with them and they didn’t even call me and when I went to pick up they said it is not a rocket science to install it u can do it now as well Very un professional service please check your order before you leave"

"Avoid at all Cost no customer service at all. will try everything they can to avoid replacing a faulty item (you only have 24 hour period to report faulty item from purchase time). how is that possible. who check items in 24 hour and have the time to go back to replace it. Scammer Avoid unless you want trouble to yourself."

"Very nice discovery,great bathroom,kitchen ,bedroom showroom.Great choice of varied well known brands and some exclusive too.Amazing range of tiles.Settings of bathroom settings in various sizes give one an idea and puts ones project into perspective.Nice helpful staff.Plumbing department too for the fitting one might née to complete the job.Am going to return with a properly booked appointment with my bathroom/shower project measurements so the gentlemen by the name of Sandeep can give me an estimate for my project and see what price for the equipment.Will update once done."
