“Just wanted to say 'thank you', especially to the male member of staff on checkout/stacking who helped me greatly and stopped me having a bit of a meltdown when my electric wheelchair decided to take some timeout at the checkout this afternoon, he was kind, considerate, polite and understanding and reassured me that my dilema was not a problem even though I could hear a few 'tuts' from customers behind me. I forgot to look at his name badge , but he knows who he is and you should too as there will be a little halo shining brightly above him, please pass on my HUGE thanks to him again and reassure him that the taxi got me home safely. A true gent”

“Perfect for a good night’s sleep if you’re arriving late or have a layover. Easily accessible from T5 via bus 423 which costs £1.60. You pay the bus by tapping your contactless card on the reader when you enter. The hotel was clean, quiet and easy to navigate. Rooms were like every other Premier Inn. Sure, it may look a bit outdated but it’s safe, clean and does the job. I also felt safe as a female traveller, as you need to swipe your card at checkpoints to access various areas and a door chain is present by the room door. Additionally there’s a McDonald’s right next to the hotel, great for a cheap breakfast.”

“The moment you enter the place a smell of deliciousness hits your nose and makes you want to sit down and order even more. They have a lot of staff members and with a reason. It’s a busy restaurant. The service was good nevertheless. The food was amazing. Tasty. Filling. Affordable. Honestly, everything one would need. It’s honestly such a gem in the city centre. Prompts to them for keeping their prices the way they are!”

“If you haven't been to Cosmo, you haven't lived! Buffet, lots of food and drink. It was a friends birthday and so we made a booking. It's a popular birthday spot as loads of other people had their birthdays too! Beautiful ambience! Friendly and helpful staff, always smiling!! The food was sooooo scrumptious and delightful!!! Sooo much variety. Lots to eat and drink. The ice cream machine and the chocolate fountain are simply an amazing bonus! A great hit with the kids and, of course, adults too!!!! Clean plates, cutlery, cups and bowls The best part? You get to eat! And eat!! And eat!!! Until you can't eat anymore. Then you eat some more!!!! It was such a beautiful experience. The adults loved it. The kids loved it. We would definitely be back!”

“Excellent dum sum. Quick to be seated, though does fill up rapidly from 12.00 onwards. Staff are very friendly and attentive, dim sum menu is standard with some nice specials. Restaurant is really clean and tidy with great decor. Note that my photos are as we are eating hence some missing dumplings! As soon as the plates started arriving at the table we started eating!”

“Moved to St James' Street area recently and tried Chow & Cha just before lockdown and was blown away! Very good value, really tasty dishes packed full of flavour! Generous with the extras too :) Special recommendations for the Crispy Chilli Beef (see pic) - best in town! And the crispy seaweed is A+++ Was sad to see Chow & Cha close for a few months but can safely say (after tonights order) they are BACK with a BANG.... Yum yum yum! “Great experience at London Grace in Clapham. The team were so friendly and welcoming. We were a group of 4 and sort of took over the place haha but had a great time. Our nails all look amazing! We were quite specific with our designs and the nail artists were patient and gave great ideas and suggestions. Also, the cocktails are so good - highly recommend the Gin Garden!”

“We ordered - Iskender doner - A layer of bread at the base topped with beef doner in a tomato sauce served with yoghurt and salad. The beef was finely cut, although a more healthier doner it was still bursting with flavour and it was generously coated in the sauce! I’ll be honest I was apprehensive about trying a more healthier style doner but I was pleasantly surprised, It really hit the spot and I’d have it again! The OG Burger - 100% British Beef Patty, Pretzel Bun, Mature Cheddar, Ketchup, Fresh Lettuce, Red Onions and Sliced Tomatoes. A really thick and juicy patty with a nicely toasted bun, this was a delicious gourmet burger for a German donner place. I will definitely be coming back to try their other burgers! Very good value for money and portions are huge. I’d definitely come back here for more of their doner and beef burgers.”
