You have much more selection and a higher quality of produce than in your local Sainsbury's or Tesco's and at a reasonable price from a local.”

“Staff (family) is extremely friendly and will go out of their way to explain what the items are and how you can use/cook/eat them. The prices are cheap and/or reasonable. I like to buy firm tofu here as it is tastier then the one on the supermarkets (it's fresher as well) and slightly cheaper. Also if you never tried fresh, yes fresh soya milk you need to come to this store.”

“That shop is always open for customers, 24/7. Here you can find a really everything, food, drinks, food for dogs and cats, here is a butcher as well, full service all time. Meat is halal if someone need. Frozen stuff available, always veg and fruits big offer. You can get here as well pans, and lots of things to kitchen, glass for tea and plastic boxes, and anything you need. Off license til midnight. And really nice thing is customer service. Always smile and professional. Definitely I do recommend that place for shopping. Small and big one. Can you believe ferrero rocher lovers that they offer a chocolate classic, white, sometimes dark ? Go, try enjoy !”

“I love this dabners pet shop. Every time I go into the shop the staff are so friendly And helpful. I got my hamster Patches from there and he Sadly passed away now. They always ask about him. Definitely going to get another hamster from them. I recommend if you're thinking of getting your hamster definitely get one from the shop.”

Also I want to give a special mention: I’m a fan of The Estate Dairy double cream but noticed they didn’t stock it for a while. I spoke to someone (maybe a manager?) and he mentioned he’ll be happy to stock it again. Today, I manage to purchase it :) hopefully more people will buy it so they can keep restocking.”

Helpful staff, best customer service, always have jokes with the bossmans, fresh fruits and vegetables on display everyday in front of the shop, and although it looks small from outside; it’s huge and has everything needed. Even does halal meat. Would recommend 100%”

“Daisy's café at The Bunker in Uxbridge has a limited menu but they really do have the loveliest staff. (Shirley and Monika today). It's a place you could happily sit on your own or with friends. Lovely garden and planes nearby too. And The Bunker tours are fascinating.”

“While I think the initial reaction was 'another coffee shop? at least it's not an estate agent' for most people in Teddington, Local Hero being a new addition to the high street is a dream. They've played into the fact that they're a coffee shop, and not a brunch/dinner/lunch place, and the focus on great coffee pays off with consistently great coffee. (although the pastries and small bites really are great too!) Family run with two other places in SW London, there's a range of different coffees, with all your usual oat/soy/alternative milk, with LH's house roast that makes for a great espresso - one of the only places in the area you can have a magic too (think flat white, but punchier!) Add on friendly and welcoming staff, and Local Hero is a winner for anything from a morning wake up call through to meeting a friend for a chat over a great tasting coffee. They're also dog friendly, which is a huge plus!”

“Hot desk friday at the store. Bottomless coffee and snacks :) I liked sharing the space with other people working out there. In these times of working from home its nice to take a break from home and go sit and work from cafe. I am glad Croydon has such place for us.”

“Clean spacious shop, covid procedures in place, able to park in disabled bay outside shop without problems. Staff members were gracious and offered assistance during my visit, very friendly and professional. Shopped Saturday afternoon and amazed that there was so much stock and variety, staff were busy filling shelves. Really good experience.”
