The shop is located in an industry estate good parking bay. I was 2nd in the queue and there were 3 check out staff, and just waited 1min to be served. Gave my order code and walked out with my item. “I had just bought a second hand car from a main dealers and was told that all of the car had been checked and the are no problems but they had to fit two new rear tyres because I had heard a noise from the back of they car when test driving the car. It turns out that the dealership had serviced the car from new and fitted new tyres before because of uneven wear on the rear of the vehicle so I decided to take it to Elite after a recommendation from a friend and the found that the tracking of the rear of the vehicle was set wrongly and the front was also out after they corrected adjustment the car drove so much better. My point being if a main dealership didn't spot the problem and Elite did then that must say that you need a specialist in that field to get things right! and Elite did that for me. So I'm very had with the outcome and I was kept informed of what they found before they went ahead with the work and the price it would cost.”
