"I recently brought the PS5 pulse headset from this site I have never heard of them before I was very sceptical about this site after reading reviews from this site and regretted ordering from them because of that. So I emailed them and they were very responsive with good customer service and very friendly and reassured me about my parcel very satisfied and got my order a week early to witch was a bonus. "Very helpful company, I'd ordered the wrong item and after emailing them they replied very fast (within minutes!) and had sorted the refund and exchanged it for the item I had intended to buy. Thanks very much to the helpful Sarah for fixing my mistake so rapidly! Delivery time was as stated and I'm very happy with the xbox console I ordered, I'd never heard of this company so I was apprehensive about ordering but all was good and my son will be very happy on Christmas day! "I ordered an xbox one x on Game little realising that it was going to be supplied by Staraxe (Riseicon) as a third party seller. After making the payment and getting confirmation from Game I realised that the xbox was being sent by Staraxe so I phoned them on their premium phone number to enquire about delivery as this was purchased as a gift and I needed to know whether it would arrive on time only to be told that they were behind on orders and that they would be sending it out sometime next week which was no good to me so I asked them to cancel the order and I would purchase the xbox from amazon on a next day delivery as this would be quicker and he said that it was fine as it hadn't been shipped. So I informed Game and emailed Staraxe of my intention to cancel the order so at this point they had been told over the phone and had received emails regarding my wish to cancel the order and low and behold Staraxe decided to ship the xbox to me and on receiving the shipping update I phoned them yet again and was told to refuse delivery and the courier would return to sender which was all well and good but I wouldn't have have any proof that the xbox had been returned to them so I decided to accept the parcel with the intention of returning it via royal mail tracked so that they couldn't dispute its return and get out of refunding me. I had informed them of my intention by emails and phone call messages but they wouldn't respond to me or to Game. In the end I decided to keep the one that they had sent me and returned the other xbox that I had ordered from amazon as it was so much easier. I still have not received any response from Staraxe regarding this fiasco and they obviously don't care once they have your money and Game weren't exactly helpful in any of this either and it beggers belief that Game even do any business with these people given the bad reviews that they have on the Internet. I'm still waiting on a response from either Staraxe or Game regarding this complete f up but I won't hold my breath and I certainly wouldn't shop with them again after this experience and if I can give anyone any advice it would be to stay clear of Staraxe or Riseicon whichever name they are trading under because it won't end well."
"Adding to the list of bad reviews here, ordered a game through game.co.uk on the 20th for a next day delivery. Currently still remains unshipped, no response from this company and game although they have apparently tried to contact them seem to have given up also. So my money is currently wasted with no resolution in sight. If you're sensible and have looked this company up before making a purchase steer clear! Update on this dumpster fire company, I finally had an email saying it was shipped. Then the following day, one saying it was cancelled! Hard pass on these people"
"God awful company. Ordered a controler through game and this company was the 3rd party seller. They sent me the wrong controller on purpose(they look very similar) the one I bought was not in stock. They refused to to anything to rectify the situation, I was miss sold an item .in the end I sent it back as they said they would give a full refund and pay for postage. I received the refund but without the postage. They are now stalling and avoiding my emails. I refuse to call their number as it is a premium rate number. This was over a month ago and still no refund for the postage. Avoid at all costs. They are a waste of time."
