Prince Albert Pub Whitton
“My husband and I come here often and always find it friendly and welcoming. Best of all, it's really well priced for the area and serves a great pint of Guinness!”
BULSTRODE PUB
“Absolutely fantastic English pub in the heart of Hounslow. Warm, with a great selection of beers on tap and served from a beautiful wooden bar and a wonderful atmosphere. Food is reasonably priced, generous in portions and tasty. Their sunday roast in particular was freshly made and well worth the price and a small wait. Would highly recommend.”
African Queen - The AQ Bar & Restaurant, Hounslow
“I travel 1 hour for the mix grill here best in the business better than Prince of wales by a mile. Food has so much flavour can never go wrong with AQ keep it up guys !!!”
The Globe Pub & Kitchen
“Stopped here before check in. the place was welcoming and nice. Sat at bar to start with there was no soft drinks which was let down but the lady behind the bar was so lovely and did everything she could to accommodate me and my friends and made us laugh. Thank you Kayla for making it enjoyable experience.”
Keg and Cask Pub
“This place is amazing for overall ambience, music, food and drinks menu. But what really stands out about this place is the excellent and friendly customer service. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wishing to be served right and anyone looking for a great time.”

Black Sheep Coffee
“Was at this caffe just to grab a coffee and was served by this lovely lady very smiley and was full of energy. Very knowledgeable and she is an asset to your company. She was Lydia and must say she knows her job really well and enjoys what she does.”
Heritage Kitchen and Bar
“Got the 8oz gourmet beef burger with cajun fries, this was so tasty. The beef wraps are so nice too.”
Bukhara lounge
“UNBELIEVABLE! having ordered on just eat for the first time from this fabulous new eatery I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. The food arrived early (A shock in itself), was superbly fresh and incredibly tasty. Standards and taste were more synonymous with eateries in places like DUBAI and CENTRAL LONDON not hounslow. A refreshing addition to culinary treats in the Borough keep up the good work. I am not related to this business although the review seems exaggerated, just ecstatic to have a nice place to order a flavoursome breakfast. Having ordered from many establishments in the Borough I can unequivocally say they are top trumps.”
Il Bebo's
“Found this little Italian gem while out Alexandria Castle and it was wonderful. We had amazing service from Alejandro, attentive and very helpful. Food was spectacular, I had the Spaghetti Bolognese and it was wonderful! Ambiance is cool chic, and the windows are decorated with beautiful flowers. A must stop while your in the area!”
The george
“Had a gorgeous dinner with my family tonight. Authentic georgian cuisine. Badrijani, khinkali and khachapuri are highly recommended. Wine is a bit expensive, but the food price is very good compared to other georgian restaurants we visited in London.”
Rose & Crown Heston
“Came here yesterday for lunch and a few beers and watched the Formula 1 on the big screen. This is a very nice pub with a warm fire and warm hospitality. Thank you!”
The Queen's Head, Cranford
“I came here after searching locally for highly rated Sunday roast and they did not disappoint!! A very generous plate of beef with roasties, veg, Yorkshire pudding and cauliflower cheese. A gravy boat on the side! Cooked very well! Friendly staff and a warm atmosphere in the restaurant area of the pub. I cannot wait to bring my family here!”
American Admirals Club
“Perfect place to escape the bustling airport terminal. Food is not bad but not great, it's free and convenient though. The ladies room is disappointing, small, no counter space to freshen up between flights. I didn't check out the nearby separate shower facility. Lovely, helpful personnel.”
The Old Hat Ealing
“When we think about celebrations, the old hat Pub is always our first option and it never disappoints. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding, they also take parties which is amazing. Service was delightful and very professional. 10/10”
The Lamplighter
“Great little "local" with friendly staff and locals. Will return given chance”
Market Gardener
“This is a great place to stop for beer after a Term-3 INTL arrival. I showed airline ID and received a discount on my beer. It is also good to stop for pre-departure meal. I particularly enjoy their omelettes and pizza. I always stop here, everytime I go through LHR Term-3.”
BIG SMOKE TAPHOUSE & KITCHEN
“My wife and I stopped by while we were waiting for our connecting flight. Food is decent but our waitress Louritta was world class! She really made us feel like home. Love her service. Thank you! Really made our short stop more enjoyable!”
British Airways First Lounge
“What can I say about this lounge… well when compared to other lounges, even in other parts of Heathrow, it’s not that great. It can’t hold a candle to the Cathay or Qantas lounge in T3, It’s a little dated and I wouldn’t say it’s overly luxurious. However the main selling point of this lounge is that it is not a pay to use lounge and the connectivity of the First Wing in general. It’s the best lounge in T5 and it beats any lounge that isn’t ab airline status lounge . Firstly you can only get access if you are BA Gold or OneWorld equivalent (OneWorld Emerald) or you are flying first class. However if you are flying first you get access to the Concorde Room so wouldn’t use this lounge anyway. The access to the lounge is its main selling point as you go to the separate “First Wing” that has its own check in desks and security, and after security you walk down a short corridor and right into the lounge. This is fantastic as it means you come directly into the lounge without a long walk through the general terminal area. The size of the lounge is pretty big but with only a few drink stations positioned apart from the main food and beverage area. Plenty of seats in various configurations and a few work places. Throughout the pandemic, for food and beverage it was order only through barcode and phone, and at the time writing this is still available but there is a small, ever growing buffet coming back. This phone ordering was actually quite good but the selection could vary. Currently the buffet at breakfast has a decent selection of hot English breakfast, as well as fruit, pastries, cereal and other cold items. There are a few juices available and three coffee machines, that can get quite crowded during peak times. The food selection is good but it’s nothing to shout about, however it is recovering and getting better as time goes on. In terms of seating the furniture is quite old and tired but comfortable enough. It would be good if there was more charging points but if you are really desperate you will find one. I enjoy the Concorde terrace at the end of the lounge as it is usually quieter and offers runway views as well as feels much more open. The staff are always hard working and friendly and keep the lounge generally clean. As is the case with any lounge, how busy it gets really really affects the experience. When it’s busy it’s unpleasant but when empty (very very early in the morning) it can be quite nice. The lounge will fill up quite quickly after opening and usually there is a queue waiting to get in. But toilet facilities are however appalling. While located within the lounge, they are quite dated and usually have a queue of people waiting to get in the 6 or so cubicles available. This is just not good enough for a first class lounge. They are individual stalls which is nice and are generally quite clean but in major need of an upgrade and in need of more! All in all the major selling point of this lounge is its position in relation to the terminal and your route from taxi to plane. It very nice to have you’re own private section of the terminal which usually guarantees no check-in and security queues, and a very short walk from there to a comfy chair and coffee in the lounge. The facilities could use a face lift and if they continue improvement on the food section it will be good but all in all, to even be able to use this lounge you have to travel a lot. This means though you might be a discerning customer when it comes to airline lounges, you will use this place frequently and grow to like it a little bit. You will appreciate its layout in relation to the terminal and your travel experience, you will get to know it’s quirks, it’s up and downs and it will become like a mini home from home…”
The Black Horse
“I popped in for a bite to eat last night and lo and behold the landlord is a Liverpool FC fan due to the memorobilia and framed portraits around the place. The food was actually quite tasty aswell(and not expensive, a meal was just over a tenner). I would go back there at the drop of a hat..”
The Bell
“Great place to hang out with friends, watch football and relax. Play some games, read a newspaper and talk to new people.”
The Honeycombe
“Every time we came in the pub they made us feel special by their great hospitality. The food is always fresh and delicious. Thanks to the new Manager Lexi Lascano. This is our favourite place in Hounslow.”
The Crown Rivers - JD Wetherspoon
“Ordered 2 utilmate burgers using the app with drinks. Drinks brought to the table within 2 minutes, food came out 10 minutes after. Food was typical of a Wetherspoons bar and was a least filling. Service was quick and friendly. Prices are a tad expensive but being at the airport you have to expect that. Overall happy and full before our flight.”
The White Bear
“Have not been to this pub for a couple of years , stopped by and bar staff remembered me , that's so nice . Decided to have some food and ordered a Tandoori Fish , it was amazing ! Much better than all the restaurants and enjoy a nice not overpriced beer too ! Nice place , nice staff and great food ...”
Gio's Bar
“Lovely bar which is well stocked with popular brands,I been here for a drink many times. The customer service is friendly and attentive, lovely bar staff. The prices are very reasonable, good value for money. Highly recommend this bar for excellent drinks and customer service.”
British Airways Galleries First Lounge
Earl Haig
“Such a friendly and lovely pub. Great choice of drinks with always a great service.”
Club Aspire Lounge
“Nice peaceful lounge, can get busy at times. Good selection of food and beverages, extremely friendly and accommodating staff. I had some snacks and some food, accompanied with a drink, pleasant, and the buffet was regularly topped up. Located near gate 9, which just so happened to be my gate on this occasion, so added bonus!”
CIRCALOCA
“A great pub on Friday nights and Saturday of the late night parties and during the day restaurant to hug out with friends and family with food and drinks”
