“I absolutely love The Willow Rooms! Lucy and her team are amazing and it is the only place I will go for a facial as I always see instant results following a treatment. Not only are the treatments incredible but Lucy is a real expert in her field and gives really helpful skincare advice without being pushy on buying products. Prior to my wedding I had all my facials, massages, manicure, pedicure, tan & bridal make up done here, all exceptional! I would 100% recommend The Willow Rooms.”

“Fantastic! We had an unusual shaped kitchen which Magda made a feature of to design a wonderful kitchen. We are absolutely delighted with the design, fitting and quality of the kitchen. It works brilliantly, looks terrific and is very high quality (even though we didn't go for the highest quality materials on offer). Magda and Mo were wonderful throughout the whole process from the initial consultation, design, delivery and fitting. They were incredibly responsive and worked hard to deliver what we wanted within our budget. They worked seamlessly with our builders too, which made for a smooth process. 100% satisfied and would highly recommend them to friends and family.”

“Went here for a celebration with my family. The staff where very welcoming and professional. The use of Screen separated some of tables which I prefer. Sometime's it good just to be in your own bubble and safer. The food was so delicious and well presented. The server was very knowledge on how your steak should be. I tried a bit of everyone dish (all tasty and well seasoned). The Cocktail deal was 2 for 1 before a certain time. Very Good and tasty also ample alcohol. Really nice place to go and have a lovely meal try it out you won't be disappointed.”

“Melvin was really helpful and friendly and communication was great whilst he sourced the fabric for our new seat covers. The delivery guys arrived early and were also very friendly and efficient . I did feel for them as they had a dog and 3 cats to fend off but they did so with a smile. The covers were not easy to fit but we appreciated them doing so. The covers look fab and we are so very pleased. Would definitely recommend Chaplins - great service from everyone we dealt with.”

“60th Birthday lunch We invited 12 couples for lunch to celebrate our birthdays last Sunday. We were fortunate to use the private area which was set out beautifully for our party. The service throughout the meal was very good, and the food on our set menu was delicious. We all enjoyed our visit and would definitely return soon.”

There was a glitch with the online booking system which meant they were not expecting the 10 of us, but Saraswati made arrangements to find us a suitable area of the restaurant swiftly. The food was great and she was really passionate about her restaurant and advising which food options to try. We would return for sure!!”

Was here for the 50th birthday and my guests and I had the best time. The DJ is amazing and keeps the party rocking .”
