"Fantastic and knowledgable. After trying another physio and getting nowhere, I tried Nilesh at Prohealth. He is very knowledgeable and skilled. He quickly got to the root of the problem, clearly explained it to me and came up with a rehab plan. He doesn’t just print off exercises and send you on your way like many other physios. He manipulated and massaged my back, did thorough tests to establish pain points and progress as well as providing exercises. He was also very specific about what I should not be doing to make it worse. I would highly recommend."
