“We were lucky to have found such a luxurious and caring home for our Siberian cat while we were away for a month. We were worried about leaving our kitty for so long especially as it was his first time away from home but the moment we met Daisy and her beautiful cattery we knew he would be very well looked after. The suites are immaculately clean and full of all the creature comforts a kitty could dream of. Daisy played with him a few times every day and it was clear when we picked him up that he was very happy, really well fed and beautifully groomed. We also absolutely loved the frequent photo updates and picture postcards Daisy sent us - what a treat! We can’t recommend this place enough and this is definitely our go-to place if we ever need someone to look after our cat again.”

“Absolutely outstanding service yesterday from Tina the Store Manager - I accompanied a friend with advanced cancer (not an easy customer as tired and irritable) with a query/needed refund and cannot express how kind and compassionate Tina was in very speedily and efficiently helping my friend. Fantastic manager in Tina and staff at this store - it was so lovely to have someone deal with a customer in obvious discomfort with such empathy, also ALL staff were extremely helpful and kind. That said, this can be said for many places - it's the owner that really makes it. Pat cannot do enough for you and it's because of this as to why you become a returning customer. You are treated like family and in a world where division is rife, it's a nice to be treated like a human and not just a paying customer.”

“New Kitchen with Kutchenhaus Orpington I had never heard of Kutchenhaus before seeing them at a home show event. I popped into my local Orpington branch and had the most amazing service from Charlotte and the team from start to finish. Merkan was my design consultant and I can not praise this man enough for the kitchen that he designed for me for my dream home, full house renovation is breath taking. The complements I get from anyone who sees it makes me so happy, as he was so hands on with this project 24/7 dedicated to emails, my stresses, changing things for me, giving me the best options and ideas. If you really want a real personal, attention to detail service, who listens and can take your ideas and create it for you, I couldn’t praise Charlotte and Merkan enough. Previous to this I used Wren kitchens. Kutchenhaus Orpington from this experience is in its own league and the quality, high end style of kitchens you get speaks for itself. I’m in love with my new kitchen and can’t wait for when I can get Merkan again to design my utility room.”

“First visit to a sofology store. The customer service, attention and help given by David and his colleague Carlon was exceptional. Spent time showing me different options, the swatches and how sofas look (in store and on tablet) I nearly bought my choice sofa on the spot but thought it better to be prudent and shop around. “Tried this place by accident as the place around the corner was not open as advertised. Delighted I did. It's a food van in the shopping centre car park. The queue for lunch was reassuringly long, and with good reason; the food was tasty and generously portioned. Curry goat was lovely, as well as the jerk chicken. It was served with jollof rice rather than rice and peas but that made a nice change. Really nice Owner too. If I'm in the area will be sure to pay him a visit again”

“Amazing restaurant & a very high standard of food quality. I went with a friend and was met with lovely staff who make you feel very welcome and very attentive where needed. My family are from Corfu, Greece and I spent a lot of time there. The authentic flavours reminded me of being back! Beautiful decor and spotlessly clean (covid friendly). Plenty of Mediterranean food choices along with lovely wine & cocktails. We had complimentary pitta bread & tzatziki, grilled prawns with garlic, whole sea-bass and fillet of sea-bass! All absolutely delicious, highly recommend. One of the best restaurants in Orpington x”
