“I loved the beautiful flowers I ordered from Julie, she’s polite sympathetic to your needs, i was happy with size as looked bigger than I imagined and beautifully done, so much so I have ordered more, and I had a problem at last minute the crematorium they cancelled funeral a very short notice ( which as you can imagine is upsetting) Julie was so understanding... I highly recommend the beautiful flower arrangements and the way Julie treats her customers, very professional . A happy customer x”

“I treated a friend to a nando s lunch for his birthday. We were served by Nimali who was really helpful in explaining the menu , the sides available and the heat options. She recommended buying a platter which was better value for money. The food was hot and well cooked and we both really enjoyed our meal. We finished off with a desert each. “I booked Shelley's for Fathers Day and was really pleased I did! I loved the new décor, especially the 'flower wall' and the beautiful mirrored pictures. The food was delicious and considering Shelley (the owner) was one man down (one of the chefs) on a busy day the service was impeccable. I ordered the chicken wings starters and lamb shank for main. All the food was piping hot and the lamb shank was so tender, it was falling off the bone. The side dishes was fairly generous! No request was too big for the waitress staff either. The restaurant was playing some fab tunes in the background, not too low and not too loud and there was plenty of room between tables, no over crowding and it was nice to walk outside if you needed some fresh air or a cigarette. I cannot wait to go back and try the pork belly and have a dessert this time (if I am not too full!) Thanks again for making Fathers day a hit for my dad and my boyfriend. Laura”

“There’s something about the garlic bread at Prezzo that makes you go wild. The combination of melted cheese, fragrant garlic and crispy bread is impossible to resist and is the best way to start off a meal. The Tre Gusti Pizza was delicious too, but I’m not sure it could beat the garlic bread!”

We were over from Australia visiting my parents who live in hornchurch I use to live there before moving over to Australia and have always struggled to find a good coffee anywhere locally until I found the sip house on my recent trip back! The girls are so lovely and friendly and coffee is on par with the coffee that you get in Australia. Would highly recommend I loved it. I will be back on my next visit home :-)”

The restaurant is clean very spacious and has beautiful decor . The prices are extremely competitive to other Turkish restaurants we have been too in Hornchurch. We live in Emerson park and this restaurant is very convenient to walk to. It surly is making an impact in Hornchurch as the restaurant was busy today . It is child friendly and there are disabled access and a disabled toilet . We sat outside and it was very hot sunshine but the canopies made good shade and comfortable seating. In fact we have booked again with Sybil today for the bank holiday weekend to go back as it is my wife’s birthday . We highly recommend this super restaurant. Thank you Sybil and team Ian & sharon”

“Totally brilliant service when our old washing machine was beyond reasonable repair during lockdown. Tucker Brothers delivered and installed a machine of same make and colour the next day. Removal of old machine and installation took 20 minutes.”

“Sorry, but I have to disagree with the previous bad comments. I have used this chemist for nearly 47yrs now. Aaron and his team for many of them. He looks much younger than he is. He was a young man when he arrived. All the ladies are professional and helpful. Aaron himself has looked after both my husband and myself with great respect. He has improved the chemist no end, with all the diverse items now on sale. He has even had the front done, so his customers, if needed, has somewhere to park. As far as I’m concerned they are a great team and a credit to our row of much improved shops.”

“I visited The Good Intent pub today for lunch with a friend, we was greeted at the bar by a very friendly young lady, who told us that we could take a seat where we wanted and to order at the bar. We grabbed some drinks while there and found a nice table at the top of the restaurant. We order our food and it arrived within 20 mins food was hot and tasted amazing. We have decided that we would 100% add this to our list of places to come in future. 5 stars from the both of us.”
