“Just came here for a cuppa hot chocolate with my partner. Place is fantastic to chill or even for a quick date. So chill and relaxing. The only disadvantage of it is that a chocolate is £4 and if you want a flavour, it's an additional £2. For a small cup of hot chocolate £6 is too much compared to other big brand coffee stores, but the taste of chocolate was nice.”

“Had s fee hours to spend before flight to dublin . Went in at 14.00. Checked in within seconds by very nice staff member. Very nice choice of seating and lounge was kept nice and warm. Nice selection of food and drink to keep you going if you don't want a full hot meal. Well stocked and re stocked during my time . The lady re stocking and cleaning the tables was the nicest person you could meet working yhe whole time to keep the place clean not something you see all the time . this is a great spot to spend a few hours in peace and quiet and with staff like this will definitely be back next time at heathrow. Thank you”

“Popped into this place by chance, as the other place initially planned to dine at was closed. Ordered the Charsi Karahi Lamb, with naan bread. Turned out to be the best lamb curry ever tried. Was worth the accidental visit. Will be back again.”

“Ordered 2 utilmate burgers using the app with drinks. Drinks brought to the table within 2 minutes, food came out 10 minutes after. Food was typical of a Wetherspoons bar and was a least filling. Service was quick and friendly. Prices are a tad expensive but being at the airport you have to expect that. Overall happy and full before our flight.”

“Sajol provided excellent service during my recent visit to The Globe. He was friendly and attentive and had great knowledge about the menu and provided great recommendations for both food and drinks. The food was exceptional, with each dish being perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, making for a great dining experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant and Sajol to anyone looking for a delicious meal and great service.”

“It could be the sleep deprivation and having no idea if it’s morning or night, but dang that was a good scone (okay maybe the clotted cream and jam). The cappuccino was lovely and for how busy it was they were kind and quick. And unnecessarily apologetic for the long line (it’s 8 am in an airport of course it’s crazy)”

“With bleary eyes from our early start we were greeted by this oasis within Heathrow. The gentleman who met us was clearly versed on how to deal with customers at that hour of the day in an airport! We ordered the Bacon Sandwich and the Poached Eggs and Bacon on English Muffins and both were cooked to (dare I say it) perfection! The great service continued with no sense of rushing us out to clear the table, which was greatly appreciated! Was definitely a welcome way to not only start the day, but our journey on to our next destination - would recommend!”

“The queues for most food outlets was quite long but true the sprite of Itsu, the food came really quickly without any compromise on content or flavour As a vegan there is enough choice because there a meat, veggie and vegan version of each dish. Although space was limited, I managed to find a perch and tucked into my food. I chose the ‘Veggie Gyoza Noodle Bowl’ which is a vegan option. The noodle bowl was crammed full of big fat juicy noodles, veggies and seeds with plenty of large dumplings. Wether you preference is to eat with chopsticks, fork, spoon or Itay’s Spork, it’s always best to slurp the delicious, rich broth straight from the bowl when the food has been eaten. It left a lovely lingering flavour in my mouth which I can still taste and hour later as sit on the aircraft typing this up. I also had the ‘Jasmine Tea’ which liked but for those that don’t like a strong floral flavour, avoid it as it’s strong. For those that do, it’s worth it.”

“Not bad pulled meat bowl with rice and some veges. Looks a bit old school themed, but not busy as in main terminal 4 area. Mains sockets to charge your phones. Prices quite high but "normal" for airport”
