“I've used Rickshaw Travels a number of times. They are my go to travel company for my annual holidays because they are professional, attentive and always deliver. My family and I really enjoy the personal service and Bhavin tailors the holidays based on our requirements. We recently used Rickshaw Travels when I was looking to book a holiday in the Maldives and Dubai. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and we needed separate bookings for other family members who would be meeting us and surprising my wife in Dubai. The logistics were a potential nightmare for me with different requests regarding flight times and durations etc. Bhavin and the team and Rickshaw Travels made the whole process seamless. They spoke directly with the family members and logically assembled a plan that would work for us all. Bhavin secured a lovely resort in the Maldives that was child friendly for a cheaper price than I could find anywhere myself on the internet. The flights and connections including the sea plane were booked with minimal stopover time and he kindly reserved the basset seats at the front of the plane for our baby too. The family arrived in Dubai a few hours earlier than we did and were waiting in the lobby to suprise my wife. It was a fantastic holiday and it wouldn't have been possible without the help of Rickshaw Travels. I cannot recommend Rickshaw Travels highly enough. We have used them for years and will continue to do so because it takes the stress out of holiday bookings so we can focus on looking forward to enjoying our time there. “The manager went above and beyond to help In the evening we were in the block he noticed I had a walking stick and my mobility was not great he asked if we would like a bath/shower mat for safety he went to reception and got us one every time he saw us he said hello he’s so very nice and as I said he went above and beyond what he had to The rooms are always clean and reception lady is so lovely we’ve stayed here 3 times. In 2022 now 2023 when ever we come we stay here as it’s such a lovely place. “One of the nicest Marriotts I’ve stayed in. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Everything about the hotel is first class. We stayed here for a week. Our room overlooked Hyde Park. Housekeeping made sure there were plenty of towels. Turn down service in the evening was a nice touch. The hotel is walking distance to most major attractions.”

“What a beautiful hotel! Just 2 minutes away from Tower Hill tube station and few bus stations nearby that we mostly used. Clean, tidy, with amazing stuff , a good restaurant, complimentary water , tea and coffee. An amazing place and we definitely come back again! Loved it !”

“This hotel was huge and packed during our stay but that didn’t compromise the service. They don’t do daily cleaning but on request which was the only set back. I think the rooms needed a good deep clean. The breakfast buffet was huge and we really enjoyed it. The fresh made to order omelettes were my favorite.”

“Excellent value. Modern building, good quality rooms. Decent restaurant. Reception can have queues for check in but no worse than more expensive hotels. Parking £10 per day but on street parking is free nearby from 5.30 pm to 09.30am and is £2.40 per hour inbetween- but only via app.”

Breakfast was delicious and the staff were pleasant and professional. I would stay here again if I was to visit London as this is out the way of the main city but close enough to a station to travel in quickly.”

“Used it twice now. It's within a stone's throw from Tower Bridge and about 10 minutes walk from London Bridge underground. HMS Belfast and The Tower of London are very close too as is Borough Market. It's a great spot to base yourself to explore London. We used it for bed and breakfast for which it is perfect. Everyone knows that Premier Inn is no frills but for me it does what it's supposed to do. I totally recommend and will return.”

“A part of a weekend away package. The service was excellent, the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful, they even manage to squeeze us in for a meal on a busy Saturday. As expected full of rock memorabilia the hotel is worth a visit if you're not staying. Very close to Hyde Park, bonus for us as we sat on the grass listening to the Rolling Stones in concert. The only issue We had was the toilet was very close to the sink and a bit of a squeeze. Otherwise worth every penny.”

“A lovely receptionist lady who received us when we arrived we are homeless and she went out of her way to help us to speak to our council as they had booked only for two adults and two children and she spoke personally to the council to speak to them and tell them what we needed. “I stayed here recently for a short stay for work. Without a doubt the best part of my stay was the breakfast and service that was given to me during my stay. Violeta was very friendly and served a very delicious breakfast buffet, cannot fault it in any way. I would definitely recommend and will be revisiting again in the future when in the area .”

“This is the second time we stayed. The first time there were some issues, the second time the staff made sure everything was perfect. Rooms are very good standard and extremely clean. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and a lot of choice. The spa was great, the children had amazing time in the pool, we had a chance to enjoy a lovely steam room, hot tube and sauna. The water in the pools is perfect temperature too. A big thank you to Alvaro for making sure everything was perfect for us. We are really happy that we could do our weekend again, the stay was amazing.”

“Great location if you're seeing an event at Wembley. Our room was basic although was enough for us, tea and coffee was provided. The staff were all excellent and very helpful. There is a well stocked bar with a friendly bar team and a nice area to relax. I'll be going back to this hotel as also good value. Nice view from the room of Wembley Stadium.”

“We stayed two nights and found the room to be of high quality and more spacious than usual for central London. It was exceptionally clean and not tatty like so many London hotels. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were crisp. The reception, breakfast and bar were all lovely. The underground was a 15 min walk away but you can also order yourself a taxi if you don’t want to walk.”
