“I joined this practice a year or so ago. I feel very lucky to have been taken in when they opened it for NHS patients for a short time. Since I joined I have seen the dentist, Dr Alisa McGregor twice and also the Hygienist Teuta with the dental nurse Shianna. On every occasion I felt not only that I was in safe hands but also that they genuinely wanted to make the whole experience as pleasant as possible, they make you feel very comfortable. Added to this, the lovely ladies, Evgenia and Hannah who greet you and take care of all bookings and admin are fantastic. Every time I go in they are cheerful and enthusiastic and always go out of the way to help. The whole team and practice are top drawer, I am a very happy customer!”

“I booked a MOT for my 4x4 online, received confirmation email and text messages and importantly reminder messages prior to my appointment. The staff were courteous and very professional. I check my vehicle in and went for a stroll. It should have been ready on my return after 45 mins, but unfortunately there was an issue with the computers. This was clearly explained to me in a nice way and another 30 minutes later the care was ready to drive away. I cannot fault the team at Halfords Grays. Well done!”

I searched for over 7 months for a way to undergo a tooth extraction as I am very needle phobic and DentoBeauty was the only dentist I found that is truly amazing with nervous patients. “Tried to use self service dog wash for my boy today who has spinal condition, can be very stubborn and extra large breed. So unfortunately couldn't get him in the bath as he is too heavy to lift. Staff were very helpful and understanding and gave me refund no questions asked. Staff explained fully how to use machine and machine seemed very user friendly just shame couldn't get my boy in it. Definitely recommend for other people to try, that doesn't have x-large breed that requires lifting. Great customer service.”

“I was recommended to Atlas repairs by another service provider i used to deal with. The initial call was handled very professionally and mobile mechanic carried out the work to very high standard. Then with another couple of issues with tail lift which needed workshop attention i met the guys at the workshop (Sam and Damo) and they were fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable with what they do. While waiting for parts they have carried out temporary repair so the vehicle is not off road and always find solutions to keep the operation going. These people bent over backwards to provide the service I wanted at such short notice and I couldn't be more pleased, don't waste your time going elsewhere.”

“Hungarian Dentist London is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions and recommendations. They gave me two quotes based on location of treatment and provided me a genuine advice. I choose to go to Budapest for my dental implant rather than performing here in London based on information I got and Janos was liaising and organising my trip and I cannot thank him enough for the way he assured me and it turns out that my first treatment went well in Budapest and the stuff there is also very professional and awesome.”

“We have been using Turner & Pooch for over 5 years both in Upminster & now in Shenfield and they have always provided an excellent service. They are friendly, reliable and go the extra mile. Mike is so kind and patient with our dogs, Nikki is super efficient and knows all your requirements and goes out of her way to help. We have our raw food supplied by them, our dog’s walked daily and now use them for holiday house/dog sitting - Becky left our house spotless and the dogs very happy. We highly recommend their services.”

“I booked an appointment about a week in advance as my hair had not been cut since before lock down started and have not had my hair coloured in a salon in years. My hair had grown so long and I had so may grey hairs growing. I did my patch test and they tested how my hair would react to the bleach, as I wanted highlights. I have really dark hair and wanted to have a bit of tone to my hair. We discuss possible colours that may come out and options. My appointment was at 10.30 as they told me I would have to come in early. I understand why they wanted that now. They spent the whole day on my hair and spent so much time and care to get it right. I had highlights and colour put on my roots to cover the greys. I also cut a good 4 to 6 inches off my hair with layers and feathers. I could not fault anything. I felt so special and well taken care of. I am definitely going back.”
