"A queue of 7 in the shop and one… only one person serving. It took me over 40 minutes to pick up my pre ordered parts. Various staff members coming in and out of the shop floor and noticing the queue but not one jumped on to help the guy serving. Will definitely use other companies going forward."

"What a joke! Second time I've turned up here and it's closed 30 mins before 6pm closing time. Tried calling them all day today to get a jump on the situation but no answer and now I've wasted tonnes of petrol trying to collect an order I made on Sunday! Really disappointed ... Need some answers!"
"Horrible customer service, just ordered online, showing everything is available at this shop. Paid everything, and guess what? After payment , it is just informing you that the collection availability will be after two bloody days. I forgot to mention that the "Pay later" option is disabled. So yeah, I could easily just order from Amazon or other online shops .I recommend paying at the counter if you really need to use their services."
