● Open“Went to jd sports in staines today so my son could redeem a Fashion favourites gift card that my son was given as a gift. The staff were very helpful and patient as we tried, tried and tried again, we were in the shop for over an hour trying to redeem the card. Unfortunately to no avail then one off the staff suggested changing the card for another gift card in store. Which I agreed to so they went off to see the manager to see if we could do that. However because JD Sports do not accept Fashion favourites gift cards due to problems, they suggested that I call them or better still go online and do a webcall as this would be free. Overall I found the staff to be very friendly, helpful, patient and polite.”

That should be improved :) at least a way to get it in , get it ordered for you for other day, even if you have to pay lets day £5 in advance that shop be sure you come back. Stuff members should help customers rather than run away from them :D make a number system if you can't divide who needs to help specific customer. It has happened at least 5 x”

● Open“Such friendly staff, anyone that saw me asked if I needed help. The music was pumping it felt like a party. The centre closed at 5pm but there was loads of customers inside and no one pressured to hurry up and leave or stand by the door hinting it's time to close as you do find in most shops. The staff were happy for me to wonder around and asked if I needed anything and answered a couple of my query. One guy even offered to help place an order for me to collect despite it being so late. Highly recommend this store.”
