"I've been to many JDs and granted this one is smaller so it is a bit more congested. The staff were helpful initially in greeting etc but communication was very poor thereafter. We were sat waiting 20 minutes and suddenly they found out our shoes were at the till when we asked to try them!"
"Really disappointing, had to wait more than 20 minutes in the queue, always low in staff and too busy to help you, and is not the first time. Poor management, I would recommend to go to another JD."
