The DP Cafe - Whitton Sunday 11th September 2022 - 15:50 Opening Hours: Monday - Saturday- 07:00-17:00 Sunday - 08:00-16:00 There is some seating outside and plenty of seating inside. The refurbishment inside is really nice and is colourful, bright, fresh and it is very clean. I had a medium coffee with a slice of chocolate and caramel cake. A really nice smooth coffee and scrumptious cake, all for £6.30p which I think is reasonable. The couple running the place are friendly, polite and very welcoming. I’m not one for coffee shops but I will definitely become a regular visitor here.”

“What a lovely spot!! I met with a friend for a catch up and some food. Coffee was delicious and our parma ham focaccia… mmmm! Felt very special when greeted by Monica at the door. She introduced herself and her husband Alberto as owners of La Nina. And took us for a tour around the shop, 1st floor cafe and children playroom and brilliant workshop on the 2nd. I am not Italian but I can remember my grandmother hanging all of the kitchen table cloths. Exactly like they have there! I really like the idea of having a work shop together with a cafe. Cannot wait to take my nephews to a pizza workshop class. Me and my friend had a great coffee and beautiful panini with parma ham! And this incredible tiramisu- mamma mia! I only took two pictures, including one called: “too late, but I am not even sorry” - panini was delicious ☺️ Cozy, friendly, warm, sweet with a real Italian love ❤️ See you soon!”

“The loveliest place for coffee, cakes and chats. The coffee is delicious, as are the homemade cakes and treats. The service is always spot on - Sia is warm, friendly and welcoming - is always smiling - and seems to be able to remember everyone's orders! We love going to Cup Tales for our morning coffee - it makes our morning!”

“We were visiting family in the area and happened across this lovely café. Very friendly owner & staff. We were so impressed on our first visit that we ate lunch there the following day too. Both days the food was lovely. Great choice of deli style sandwiches/rolls - we chose ciabatta - and the fillings were plentiful, fresh and a bit different to the usual run of the mill sandwiches offered in many other cafés. We also tried their eggs benedict which were cooked to perfection. Fruit smoothies were also terrific. They also offer cakes & pastries. Very reasonable prices too. We highly recommend Chai With Friends. Give it a go, you won’t be disappointed.”

“I've had the latte here and it was amazing but the mocha is hands down the best mocha I have had since I visited Amsterdam. Paninis are also top notch and prices are reasonable. Would be a good place to get some work done or read a book. Knowledgable, friendly and warm owners.”

The people there were lovely, taking good care to each and every person who walked in, holding the door open for buggies, giving doggy treats out for the pups and giving me a glass of water as I was heard coughing. The food was AMAZEBALLS! And I have finally found a decent place to eat vegan breakfast for my husband. The coffee was spot on! Everything was spot on!”

“Very polite staff who introduce your ordered dishes once they arrive, great service. Fresh and tasty dishes they even have polish dish section on their menu. Outdoor seating is great during the summer, beverages and ice cream is also tasty with a lot of variety. Pastry and cakes are delicious as well, clean toilets and a small swap-a-book shelf inside makes it a wonderful place to spend the morning or afternoon. Can’t fault it! Oh and the coffee is decent!”

“My family and I (3 adults and 2 kids) for breakfast and couldn’t have been more happy. The food is so good, everything was fresh made (including fresh squeezed orange and apple juice) - it’s all done so well. Great coffee too! The staff were super friendly and welcoming - even made baby espressos (warm milk with coco powder) for my kids. If you’re in the neighborhood, I’d definitely stop by.”
