“This was my first tattoo and from messaging Emma on Instagram she made me feel at ease and she was helpful but at the same time didn’t decide for me or push me into having the tattoo. In fact she told me to not rush and follow my heart. That it’s when I knew I wanted Emma to tattoo me! I went to chat with Emma before I booked and we looked at designs and she did some sketches and again she was so helpful, friendly and made me feel welcome even as a newbie to tattoos! On the day again I cannot fault my experience! It was fun and I loved getting my first tattoo. I would highly recommend Emma and I am sure I will back!”

“Alex the piercer was super lovely, I came in because the end of my barbell had fallen off and vanished somewhere in my house, so I had to get a replacement and he offered me two different sizes for no charge and let me use the bathroom to make sure they fit. I am extremely glad I chose them because they made us feel comfortable, listened to our ideas and did excellent work! You know how some shops have artists with a God complex? Not these guys! They were down-to-earth and friendly. It was easy to spend the day with them and of course having Paco the security chihuahua was an added bonus! After shopping around the only store that could help or were remotely helpful was F Hinds.The staff taking the order were most helpful and located the required charm in a catalogue and then processed the order quickly and efficiently. During the 4 week wait I was called a couple of times to be advised on the order progress and once it was ready was called to advised it was in the store.
