"Over the years I have been happy with Toolstation. Beware click and collect though. They are very casual about it. I ordered an item costing over £400 and the item was not there when I went to collect and they won't refund me. They claim I or a fraudster collected it and produced ID. Strange one that, I have never over many years been asked to produce ID. They seem unable to say, when it was collected or what ID was produced . Without any investigation other than a brief conversation with the Thurrock manager customer services insist it is nothing to do with them. Screwfix here I come!"
