His communication skills, experience, technical product knowledge and design recommendations completely exceeded all expectations. All my queries were promptly answered, even outside of business hours, through the appropriate communication mediums, Phone, WhatsApp, text and/or email allowing me to make quick decisions. I highlight this because I did not receive this kind of service from the various other companies I was considering. Additionally, Baljinder’s punctuality and efficiency resulted in him providing timely quotations, ahead of his competitors and at very competitive prices. Sharan and Jaggan were the professional fitters of the wardrobes and they continued the outstanding service. Sharan and Jaggan were punctual every morning, even after a 60-90 minute commute, worked extremely fast throughout and did not let the quality of the fitting suffer. They make a great team and have left a very high quality finish on wardrobes which hopefully I can enjoy for years to come. Additionally, they cleaned up after themselves every day.
