She went above and beyond to the extent of the fact that I will always go back for more furniture and recommend her and the shop to my family/friends. The bed is also amazing and arrived within a week even though I was told it could take up to 3 weeks, the two workers who fitted the bed were also very efficient and completed the job within 40 mins. Overall a strong 10/10 for my service with Fabb and Aimee is amazing as a customer services representative as she has made me feel like I can always come back to the store for more products or help with my current one if needed.”
