“IKEA store arranged over 2 floors with everything you come to expect. Even at busy lunch times there always seem to be somewhere to sit and the tables are cleaning very carefully between each guest. Somehow they have managed to keep the price of food reasonable despite inflation in Summer of 2022. The toilets are well maintained and the staff very helpful. Overall a first rate experience.”

I didn't get stressed when kids were really excited when I was looking at some carpet and speaking to other staff. This is a really important part of customer service that always gets overlooked.
