“Hi All, I just walked into B&Q Acton looking for some bags of gravel and a very helpful Rishi showed me exactly where to find it on the shelf. Then I told him what I will be using it for and he suggested that I also needed some bags of sand, he explained to me what would happen if I don’t use the sand explained a lot of things and gave me a lot of advice. He loaded all ten bags onto the trolley for me and as we were walking to the checkout another friendly colleague named Josh offered help to load all the bags in to my vehicle.
