Kid friendly in Romford

“This place is a must if you have small kids and live near/visit Romford. Situated in the Brewery Shopping Centre with a multi-storey car park. It offers plenty of attractions, all sorts of mazes, slides, mesmerising lights. It cost us £21 (2 adults x£5 + 1 child x£11). Our little "Energizer Bunny" was finally tired at the end of the 2 hour session. If your little one doesn't have the ability to climb and play independently, be prepared to navigate through multiple mazes on several levels, wear comfy clothes. Oceanarium is an interactive sea world room within with ocean images projected on room's walls and floor, it's one of its kind in the whole of Europe and is worth visiting (book it at the reception for free, don't miss it). There's a sand box that with the help of a projector mimics terrain with low levels appearing to be filled with water, hills green and white mountaintops. There's a variety of soft play areas with mazes and slides to explore depending on their level of confidence (and willingness of parents :D ) There's a cafe inside that offers hot food and drinks as well as restaurants outside immediateltly of Kidspace. There are onsite bathrooms and plenty of surfaces to sit on. Soft play areas require you to take your and child's shoes off.”

“Facility is awsome. Comes with private car parking, separate showers, toilets, changing room and observations area. Swiming pool is warm and clean. This place is very quiet and we love it. Management is very helpful and keep us updated. Instructors are mature females, very professional, focused, dedicated, knowledgeable and hardworking. Always ready in swimming pool and punctuaI. No time wasting. My kids age 7 and 6 enjoying their first private 1 on 1 sessions, became water confident, always learning & developing new skills and techniques. I highly appreciate Seema (dedicated swimming instructor) with us from day 1. I highly rate this place and recommend to parents who want their kids to learn swimming the right way first time.”

“The food was delicious and the service by Jamie was amazing. Topped up our drinks several times at the machine, kept checking we were all ok and if we needed anything else. Very attentive and polite. Never had bad service here to be honest as the staff are always friendly but we couldn’t have been more looked after on this occasion.”

“I have joined by daughter in 2013 , I remember the first day I had to part my daughter to join back work, very painful but creative kids staff have been excellent and very professional , friendly. my mind was at peace when I left my child in nursery. My son is now in same nursery since 2016 , I must say the service has not changed , staff show so much of care and love towards the child . My children have always been happy and healthy . A MASSIVE BIG THANK YOU TO EACH OF YOU in the nursery . as a mum I would recommend this nursery for service and safety of your child. “I had a filet burger meal (chicken burger, chips and a can) with 3 wings for £6. The burger was really tasty and succulent. The chips fresh and thin. The wings came straight off the bone and tasted amazing. I eat a lot of similar meals like this and this might be the best I've ever had. Customer service was also perfect.”

“Ordered from Ped’s during lockdown and it was delicious so I was so excited to see he was opening a local restaurant. Authentic Neapolitan style pizza. Fresh ingredients. Amazing dough. Fast service. Good value and a nice gin and tonic! The garlic bread with pesto mayo is a winner as is the chocolate pizza for afters. I can also recommend putting the hot honey on everything it’s delicious. So lucky to have this in the neighbourhood, will definitely be back.”

“The food here is amazing and cater to dietry needs. The takeaway enables you to adjust the flavors if needed. I usually get the Donner meal with Naan extra Hot. Well worth a try. The price is competitve to other local take aways and would recommend it. I havent tried the indian from there yet.”

“Went in there this morning with my Grandson who has additional needs, and we was greeted by Kerry, and she was amazing with Riley, she measured his feet, the trainers he wanted had laces which he can not do, so they offered to put elastic laces in which would be easier, the other young lady who was working in there as well,( I don't remember her name sorry) brought the shoes out put the new laces in for me, they was so helpful, and dealt with Riley really well, making the experience stress free. The shop was very clean, and I was told about the promotions they was doing. Would definitely recommend this shop. Thank you for making this experience a happy one for me and Riley.”

Booked a big birthday party pack for my son (group of 10 kids). We had a great experience - a host was assigned to us and she was amazing - looked after us for the whole duration.
