“I came to Demi’s with my sisters and I had the best time! The jollof rice was the nicest jollof rice I’ve had, the wings were finger licking, the abula was 10/10. The ambience was beautiful and the customer service was spot on, and the cocktails were very tasty. Honestly I couldn’t recommend this restaurant more, this is my first time writing a review but I had to because i would be doing everyone a disservice if I didn’t. Can’t wait to visit again! Thank you for having us!”

“Beautiful cannot believe I have lived this long and not realised there is some where like this. I have tried African foods, Ghanaian foods in various settings and this beats all of them hands down. “Loved it. I bought it to eat the next day and ate half of it before I went to bed. It keeps very well overnight too. So so nice. Definitely use maps to find it as its a little hard to find. Its located in a warehouse car park. See photos for a little idea of where to enter to find it. Staff are nice too. Watch put for the upsell though. I thought it was cheeky the lady asked if I wanted salad then charged me for it. Message to the place: The price was fair but I felt blind sided by the upsell without being told there was a price. Anyway, it was very nice. Highly recommended.”

“A must-stop for Japanese food lovers! Was so enticed by the menu, succinct and authentic menu full of lots of tasty options. The curry udon was fantastic, filling and charmingly presented. I could eat so many of the onigiri, so simple yet so delicious! Love the street food vibe with all the little chairs and tables. Great staff and service, and quick too. Can’t wait to come back.”

“This was such a pleasant experience for me. I recently moved to London and have been home sick and this restaurant served the most authentic amala, gbegiri and ewedu I have eaten in quite a while. I was so pleasantly surprised. The portions are also very generous. The akara and agege bread I bought to take home were all so delicious. I was truly happy and pleased after my visit. I'm a chef by trade, focusing on French/Bistro and I know diddly squat about African cuisine. However, I wanted something different and after a day "on the pass" I was hungry, but bored. I chatted with the brilliant young lady serving briefly and explained my lack of knowledge and very quickly we decided that the Beef, rice and peas for me. Every mouthful was a rollercoaster of flavours and spices and I am now massively Hooked. The beef was tender, but still a sealed crust to give a crunch to the food.... But it's was the pure comfort of eating something that was made with LOVE”
