Had a sweet chat while piercing my ear to distract the pain (it didn’t hurt so don’t worry if you’re getting it pierced). Healed very well, good price too £27. You will need identification, if your young and getting permission by your carer they will need identification too (drivers license, passport)”

“I went a few months ago to get done an industrial piercing in my ear. The piercer was super nice and explained to me everything I need to know and do for the helping process as takes really long to heal. He checked my anatomy and done it in a different way as I had in mind but it was perfect and I just feel a bit pain but maybe just because there is two holes. The piercing was a bit tricky to heal during 3 months even thought I used the saline spray that they recommended me. I started to use another product to clean it and now is completely perfect. I'm more than happy with this clinic because they are really professional.”

They offered to do it at no extra charges and even when the ring, being 24 karat gold, was taking too long to cut, Zusana kept on going with her warm and friendly manners ensure that it wasn't too bothersome for me. I wish more places in Croydon and surrounding had such a level of service. I hope Zusana manager sees this review and rewards her because she deserves it.”

Georgia was very helpful and her knowledge and expertise of the products was second to none. The store had a great selection of watches and I was encouraged to try them on. For me it is important to be able to see and try the products you are interested in.
