I haven’t ordered anything for over a year until recently, to be pleasantly surprised. I’ve now had a great experience 3 times in a row and can say Crunch and Hoshi maki are great again, Nasu Dengaku is the best grilled aubergine I’ve tried, salmon Tataki is delicious too. The class was very well run and friendly and they were very patient with my chatty son and helped him to learn all the techniques.
