“Fantastic products and great customer care too. I was gifted the little chick london baby crib and can honestly say it was amazing! I had looked into alternatives before seeing this crib but a lot of the reviews I read all said that babies outgrew them by 4 months and many parents then felt forced into moving their baby into their own room due to lack of space. My daughter was able to sleep next to me but in her own space until she was 7 months old and could have continued sleeping there for another 2 or so months had it not been my decision to move her into her own room. The sides of the crib are mesh so I never worried about breathing issues and the crib folded very easily for the times I felt I needed extra space (could easily have been put up and down throughout the day). The Scandinavian style was modern and appealing to me too! A truly fantastic product that I’d recommend over and over again. The company themselves have always been incredibly helpful, efficient with dispatching orders and have always provided with me with excellent customer service and their products are very well priced in comparison with competitors. “Had a problem with my right foot on long runs. Numbness after 20k, painful sole after I stopped and my big toe felt like it was bruised. After a quick run on City Runner's treadmill they showed me on the iPad I have two collapsing arches. They then got me to run again, this time wearing different shoes on each foot. It really helps guage which one is better like an eye test at an optiticans. By the third time of trying I'd found my perfect running shoes which were a half size bigger than my previous pair. Happy runner back in the road. Excellent service and highly recommended.”

“5 star service and if I could rate the staff more stars I would! Honestly better service here than famous/luxury department store in Knightsbridge who had messed up my order. So called up Totland and to my surprise they could source the stroller that I wanted. Amazing service - ordered the pram late Tuesday afternoon and arrived at my home on Thursday. Very quick shipping! I didn't know that Totland stocked this particular brand otherwise I would have bought straight from there. Now that I know I will always contact Totland to check if they can order the items for me. The staff here make sure that everything is ordered perfectly and correctly and hassle free just a simple phone call. I also bought my pram set from Totland over a year ago before my baby was born and again had excellent service. Pricing always reasonable and unbeatable. Totland really can source and order any brand or item you are looking for and the service and price are fantastic! Highly recommend - support local who really care about their livelihood and customers unlike the big stores!!”

“Visited the store on a few occasions. By the end of it, leaving with my first 1 piece leather suit, boots and gloves. Needed a bit of altering on the suit and they couldn’t have recommended anyone better for the job! They helped me every step of the way, no hesitation with answering endless questions and more than willing to help. They have a very welcoming team with huge knowledge and patience. The store is also incredible! Must be the best in London!! They have lockers for your helmet, great changing rooms, upstairs and downstairs and a bike to sit on and test the comfort of your gear. Recently had my first experience on track and the gear I purchased from Dainese has just been amazingly comfortable, so really happy with that! Many thanks to Dale and Tomasz. “A must visit if you’re looking for designer clothing at a good price. Especially if you’re looking for japanese brands such as Commes Des Garcons, Issey Miyake or Junya Watanabe. Take this with a grain of salt though as the selection of course changes depending on what the staff can get ahold off, the selection they have though is still very well curated and the staff couldn’t be more friendly. “Jasleen has become more of a friend throughout the process of buying a dress form Sequinze. She is personable, polite, honest and genuinely amazing at what she does. Sequinze collection is the best I’ve seen, from elegant threadwork and hand embroidery, the attire is never tacky or too shiny. The colour palette is incredible and the quality speaks for itself. Due to COVID and wedding postponements, I finally received my dress, and I can say it was definitely worth the wait! I personally bought a dress that was for a pre-wedding event, however would recommend all brides to look in Sequinze for the wedding dress too! Jasleen was extremely understanding when I wanted to change the colour, the dupatta material and when I requested extra fabric for a headscarf. She provided a full service and everyone was amazed at the clothes!”

“went for some running shoes - excellent range, loads of sizes available, really helpful and knowledgeable staff that took a great deal of time to help me find the right shoe. They have a running machine/video to check your gait and are very professional about it. Maybe i could have got them cheaper online - but i'd much rather buy in-store - it's worth the money when you need stuff to fit. Can't agree with previous comments about lack of staff - i went on a Friday afternoon and plenty of help available”

“My favorite place in London. I got all my gears there The insulate hard shell I got there works superbly in Iceland. No matter how strong wind blows and rains, it keeps me dry in Iceland!!! The base layer keeps me warm and comfortable while I was climbing a glacier the other day! The brand is one of my favorites for sure”
