Bistrotheque
● Closed23-27 Wadeson Street, London E2 9DR, United Kingdom“I haven’t been so wow-ed by a restaurant in a while. We went for dinner, party of 5. Ambience of the place is intimate yet buzzing and the service was phenomenal - special shout-out to Julio and his team. Chicken was so tender and juicy, a must have, but generally, all food was great and many vegetarian/vegan options as well. Reasonably priced and 100% am going again!”

Santo Remedio Mexican Café
● Closed“Omg, I will dream about Tuna tostadas for the days to come! I’ve been there with my partner and we loved this small independent Mexican restaurant in the Shoreditch area. We had 4 different dishes in our dinner - tuna tostadas, fish tacos, hibiscus quesadilla and prawn cheviche. The tuna tostadas was incredible - an explosion of flavours coming from raw tuna served on a crisp tortilla bread with an avocado base. I also enjoyed the hibiscus quesadilla, a flavour I’ve never had in my life. Staff is very kind (they offered us a shot), whereas the atmosphere of the restaurant is very cozy and homey”

Canbury Secret Cafe
● Open“A gem in the park. Great coffee, unique savoury and sweet pastries. Ice cream selection is small but exceptional (made in fresh soft ice cream machines). Unbeatable on a sunny day with the river 20 meters away. The owners put great effort in every aspect of this place and it shows. Incredibly reasonable pricing.”

Greenwich Dance
● Open“I’ve attended various events at Greenwich Dance and found each one singularly impressive. I love the building, the staff are well informed, professional and hugely helpful and the facilities seem to cater well to the broad range of activity and performance provided by this characteristic and requisite studio in the charitable arts. My wife and I look forward to our next outing. Keep up the great work!”

Mumbai Avenue
● Closed“Wow. Was not expecting this level of flavour. Great value also. Super friendly and honest staff. This is my new go to curry stop. I'm very picky but this place does hit the spot. Visit in person do not deliverloo or musteat just get off the couch and eat in or collect. Portion sizes all good except rice (please guys make rice dishes a but larger) otherwise bang on!”

Bombay Burrito
● Closed“Absolutely love it here, we come as often as we can. Brilliant range of flavours and heat levels for those who want to try something different. My partner and I love spicy food and the burritos here are just amazing for that cross between burrito and curry flavour. I’ve ordered burritos with less spice too and they’re just as delicious. The staff are so lovely and humble with real passion for the food. Well worth a stop and a bite.”

Cicchetti
● Closed“We were booked in at 5pm and the restaurant was busy as we arrived but we got seated quickly. Your order arrives bits at a time like tapas but we it worked well for us. Loads to choose from and the dishes we chose were all delicious. Cocktails and wine selection was good too. A bit pricy maybe but well worth it.”

La Porchetta Pollo Bar
● Closed“Oh my god! The best Italian restaurant I’ve been to since I moved to London from Italy. We opted for a simple pizza and we were shocked! It was as good as the pizzas in Italy and the price was so affordable! The menu was so various with many choices and great princes, service was fast enough and waitresses polite. The ambient was so cozy and well decorated, it reminded me of Italy, I will definitely return at least once a month this place was the best!!!.”

Frenchie Covent Garden

A. Wong
● Closed“Great experience. We went for the Taste of China tasting menu which was amazing, and the waiters are very attentive. Only real complaint is that it is ridiculously hard to book a table, and we had to book months in advance. We also had to rearrange several times due to govt restrictions which of course isn't the restaurant's fault but in that time the price of the menu increased by 46 GBP a head which is not small. That being said, once we arrived the experience was amazing from start to finish.”

● Closed“Had my 60th Birthday here with family and friends. The Bar is lovely and Martin and Helen are great hosts and worked with me to have a great evening. The music is soul, jazz funk and classic club anthems. Food supplied for the party was delicious, hot and plentiful. Highly recommend anyone to hire this place for any get together or just pop in and enjoy the evening. I will definitely be doing both.”
