“I took my family here for my daughters 18th birthday dinner, the staff were very friendly and attentive, the food was great and reasonably priced, I am looking forward to visiting again.”

“Very helpful staff. Whilst not very large, this is still a reasonably-sized branch of Waitrose. Decent levels of stock considering it was late on Sunday afternoon when I visited. Convenient location: just around the corner from Northwood Underground station and close to bus stops too.”

“Been going here since we moved nearby in Jan 2020, as its near the large park. Plenty of snacks for children and always have superb service. Owner is lovely and friendly. Great coffee and hot options. Has seasonal items such as slushy and icecream in the summer. A local treasure.”

“Absolutely fantastic food and even better hospitality. As soon as we entered we felt welcome. We had a jug of passion fruit juice which was nice, if a bit sweet. For starters we had the nundu and the mogo. The mogo had a nice flavour and was a good consistency. The nundu was absolutely fantastic and I really recommend it. Traditionally it's just beef fat, however, as the server explained, you can't serve grilled fat on its own in the UK, so it had beef with it. It was so full of flavour and seasoned perfectly. For mains we had sukama wiki with ugali and charsi lamb curry with naan. The sukama had a lovely flavour and went well with the ugali. I tried the curry with the ugali and it didn't go as well. The curry was spicy but really rich. We had some karak chai to finish the meal and packed up everything we didn't eat. Our server was great - very friendly and knowledgeable - and I got the feel from the restaurant that they love serving people and making people happy with their food.”

“Absolutely loved my haircut. Went in here to get my hair cut for donation followed by styling. Everything was handled absolutely well. The senior hair stylist Paige was very chatty and we had amazing conversations throughout the 75 minutes process. I will definitely recommend her and this salon to my friends. The rest of the staff too were very welcoming and helpful. The salon was kept near and tidy and easy to locate. They were well managed and the customers are well taken care off. Left the place feeling great.”

“We had a lovely time at Mahi this evening. The service was attentive but not intrusive, friendly wait staff and owner. The food was delicious! We ordered the Mahi special mixed grill and chilli garlic mogo. Perfectly cooked and very tasty. We'll definitely be returning soon. Thank you Mahi”

“Having a little shop in Chelsea means we get to be right next too, and to sometimes try a few exclusive or fancier restaurants which of course is lovely, but too indicate just how good this place is we both hands down prefer coming to Shemuls on the night before we go away on holiday or at the end of a busy month. Their food is unbelievably delicious and the simple stripped back decor means you get to focus most on what you came for - beautiful food and a nice chilled conversation. 100% the Goan fish curry for the win, it’s so good”

I came out looking 20 years younger, in part due to Kiran's skilled facial and her analysis of what I needed. “I recently visited this amazing vegetarian restaurant and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, and the menu had a great variety of dishes to choose from. I started with their hot & sour soup which was bursting with flavor and had just the right amount of spice. For my entree, I ordered the vegetable stir fry and it was cooked to perfection - the veggies were crisp and the sauce was delicious. What stood out to me was the freshness of the ingredients and the attention to detail in every dish. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the overall dining experience exceptional. If you're looking for a healthy and flavorful vegetarian meal, I highly recommend this restaurant. I'll definitely be back!"”

A stones throw from Northwood train station for anyone commuting in the nearby area Hands down the best west London dessert cafe out there currently. Has the most friendly staff and the way they make the desserts is just so much better than any other places!
