"Expensive! A lot of the stuff is double compared to Sainsbury's, and the quality is the same. The honey dew melon is 3.40, and 1.69 at Sainsbury's."

"Decent sized store. Shelves nearly always full. Top quality food. A bit more expensive than your typical retailer but you’re paying for the quality. Staff are friendly and store is easy to navigate around. Push chair friendly. Parcel collection point inside which is very helpful. Right near Northwood station. Limited parking available."
"Have always used this as my local waitrose but they recently installed cameras at every self checkout with screens showing your face flashing RECORDING in big red lettering. Even worse there are no signs up telling you why they are recording my face or how the data is going to be used, they could be selling these videos for all we know. It's espicially annoying as it looks like expensive equipment yet they still haven't brought back the free coffees they were offering pre Covid (even though the coffee machine is still there and I still have the reusable cup they incentivised me to buy)"
"Very helpful staff. Whilst not very large, this is still a reasonably-sized branch of Waitrose. Decent levels of stock considering it was late on Sunday afternoon when I visited. Convenient location: just around the corner from Northwood Underground station and close to bus stops too."
