Thus upon arrival we were greeted in our room with locally sourced chocolates, treats, and a British teddy bear for our child. This was wonderful after a long flight from the US. The suite was grandiose and spacious from top to bottom, this is impressive considering it's a modernized classic building in the middle of one of the most congested global cities. The same can be said about the spa and pool, truly a gem within the city. What they have done with the building is an architectural marvel, check out the mini replica in the foyer. The concierge desk was amazing, obtaining a table for us with no notice at their 2 star Michelin restaurant and retrieving a lost item after departure. The service put the experience over the edge. Only the best and brightest work here, and it's easy to tell, from the doorman to the dining room. Finally, the special attention to our child from all the staff was remarkable and thoughtful. This is how a luxury resort should operate, bravo!”

“This hotel is amazing, I stayed for 4 nights in the King deluxe room the rooms were clean & housekeeping team was lovely. The pool, spa & gym was fantastic, the only downside is having to pay a £20 fee to use the spa, besides that I Would definitely recommend and will be a returning guest!☺️”

Mar 01 around 14:30, my wife had to check in alone, and the two male staffs at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Due to sudden work issue I couldn't join so my wife had to visit alone, I did inform this to the front desk and they were so willing to help... what really impressed me wad they really had good intention to help. “Fabulous local outdoor heated pool. Staff are very friendly. There is a small rooftop cafe. Along with lane and recreational swimming there are various fitness classes. I have tried Aqua aerobics, great fun and great instructors. They are even open Christmas Day.”

“Really peaceful place to take children as when I went on a Saturday there were only about 5 others in the pool! The changing rooms were spacious and the pool was nice and warm. They even had some toys for my grand daugter to play with”

Was thoroughly impressed with the swimming pool, good size, clean, warm temperature, lots of floats and things for the kids to play with, excellent safety and a nice little room on the side where they cut the cake and had a little party. Overall really impressed. Oh and the grounds for the school are lovely too! Easy parking available as well.”

“Excellent hotel with amazing staff. The room was large and clean. The restaurant buffet was well stocked and offered salad, 4 - 6 main options, with some delicious sides. There were 3 cakes on offer for desert. The breakfast buffet had a solid handful of juices, coffee, tea, and skimmed milk. There were croissants and several bread options, along with half dozen cereals, meats and cheeses, eggs, pancakes, beans, and various other options.”

“It is a great service for a good price. Definitely worth 5 out of 5. The staff are friendly. Clean room and good restaurant. However, I wasn’t happy about charging me £50 right at the beginning as an insurance. It wasn’t mentioned in my booking. I was surprised! I hope they made it clear.”

“A Fantastic hotel, Fatima was very polite and informative, great service from all the team tbh. Spa facilities are of a high standard with a good sized pool and steam room, excellent changing rooms too. We were very impressed by the room, quite a big size for a hotel and nice to have a bath and shower. We would recommend a stay here, new year was wonderful to welcome in here.”

“This has always been a fantastic pool for Molesey and has really well run classes. It needs a slight refurb but that's in the pipeline I believe. So very clean and tidy and plenty of places to park. A new playground is being installed soon to replace to the old one and there is a gym there also next to the playground. Huge green and away from any main roads. What's not to like?”

“I had a wonderful relaxing 1 night stay here. I had booked in advance. My flight arrived early so I went to the hotel to drop my bag and find something to do until 3pm check-in time. The reception staff kindly offered me a twin bed room as it was ready immediately. I was so grateful to be able to check in to my room early. I had a nice buffet breakfast and an a la carte dinner before resting for the long flight home. All the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The room was a good size, very clean and quiet and the bed comfortable.”

“Cons: bad mobile reception once you are in. Layout is a bit of a mess.. you almost need a Thorpe park style map to help you navigate around. No steam room, shower gels / conditioner. I guess it’s a better gym so shouldn’t expect it.. All that said, still a 5 star review… why. Pros: has lots of varied equipment. Swimming pool is large. Reasonably priced.”

“A brilliant community pool. Took my 2 year old there for family swim on a Saturday morning and she loved it. Floats/noodles in the pool and music playing. Changing rooms are around the pool and you can leave your belongings in them whilst you swim in full view (and you don't have to pay for them). £4.40 for an adult and child is good too.”

“Very beautiful hotel! The staff are very very helpful and friendly. If we needed any assistance the receptionist and the other staff as well helped us out very happily. We had breakfast for 2 days and there is a variety of food, from a Croissant to cornflakes. Absolutely loved the place!”
