“Everyone in the store made me and my bunny feel super welcomed. I was looking for a harness for my bunny and they happily helped me find the perfect one for her even fitting it on her. They had a wide range of section for rabbit which was amazing. But the best thing about the store are the amazing people who work there. One of the best customer service I have received. My bunny and I had a lovely day out in the park.”

“We have been with Pet Doctors Guildford since getting our puppy in January of this year. They have been unfailingly kind, supportive and knowledgeable. We've had a few scares due to being first time puppy 'parents' but they have held our hands throughout and called back so promptly when I've asked for help. Our dog was recently neutered and they could not have been more caring and sensitive to his needs. Very very highly recommended.”

“It was my dog’s first groom with Collar and Comb today having come recommended from her previous groomer who is on maternity leave. She loved it and came out looking beautiful and smelling divine! Sam was lovely and looked after her really well and I felt really comfortable leaving her there for her treatment, even though my dog is quite shy.
