Due to the number of people that use the store and the limited staff numbers, there's sometimes a queue, but this is the only negative comment I can make. Steve dealt with my queries, promptly and nothing was too much trouble and supplied extra photos when requested . The watch was posted RM Special Delivery to me as part of the deal and when I opened it, I was extremely pleased with the overall condition. It was better than I expected, and in first class condition. Photos never really capture the detail of a watch, and although I could tell it was a good one from the large scale photos supplied - you just don't know until you have it in your hands. It didn't disappoint. I've bought and sold lots of watches over the years using AD's and second hand specialist such as Watchfinder. In my view, Albone are up there with them. They even supplied a 12 month guarantee too.”
