“Convenient parking outside, although only for a few cars, but larger public carpark opposite. When I've been in there odd times of the day there are plenty of tables free and little or no queue. Very friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere. Mobile worker friendly as well.”

“Visited this morning before taking the train & had a lovely cortado. Son had a coke zero and a sausage bap, which he said was tasteless. Otherwise, fast, efficient service and clean so v pleased! UPDATE JAN 2023: Visited again by myself and had a lovely cortado. Staff were really friendly and efficient and café and toilets very clean. Best service in town, hence why I'm upgrading to 5 stars!”

“Not been here for a while but we had a delicious meal on Friday evening, before a show at bromley little theatre. Staff are efficient and friendly; good service is hard to find these days! Shared the miso extra noodles and 2 sides- enough for 2.”

“This cafe holds a very special place in my heart. I've been a regular there for over 5 years. First thing in the morning on my morning commute, I'd sometimes be the first customer of the day. I ordered the same drink for all 5 years and it's always as good as the first time. Here's a little tip for any customer: don't give the baristas a hard time, they are human too. If you give them a hard time, the coffee won't be as good as it can be. They do what they do for you, and having been to this cafe for as long as I have, I've gotten to know a few of the baristas, and they are genuinely great people. During Winter, the vibe here is amazing. For me, the best time to go is early in the morning, when the cafe is quiet, and the music is your company. You really get to soak in the peaceful atmosphere before you start your day. I've also tried a good selection of the coffee, including the limited time coffee. The Black Forest Mocha is the best.”

“How could you not love this coffee place?! I've been coming to Costa every morning for my 2 week stay in London. A coffee is a coffee, BUT it's more than coffee here - the beautiful staff (see photo!) are so professional, efficient and friendly, not only welcoming me every morning with a personal greeting but know my regular order and have it ready and waiting for me! What more could you ask for? - these workers are hard working in a non-stressy way, which makes me and other customers feel very good here. I would recommend this coffee shop for the community vibes that are created by the staff.”

“This is a great place to meet and have a nice coffee and relax. Located near to Ravenscourt Park. I have visited here a few times for a coffee on the go but also have had the change to take a seat and have a relaxing coffee break. There is seating both outside the front of the coffee shop, inside and in the summer they have seating out the back which is especially when it is a hot summers day. I highly recommend this coffee shop if you are in the are and they are reasonable priced, and the décor is very rustic so love it.”

“First timer! I visited today at 11:30 as I have seen this place become fairly busy during the day. The cafe was clean, tidy and I thought it was well decorated. Even though it wasn't the warmest of days I felt the atmosphere inside had it's own warmth/vibe. The service was fairly fast. The food was tasty and I really liked the presentation of the English breakfast! The coffee was nice and strong as well, not watery more creamy. Overall, I rate this highly as a cafe. I would recommend to friends and family. I will be back soon :) I'll take pictures next time. As promised, here's a picture of the traditional English breakfast. It was very nice and highly recommended. The coffee is nice and strong too!”

There’s a lot of local/repeat customers who’ve obviously been coming here for quite some time, and the rapport between them and the staff is lovely to see. “We came to London over 6 months ago, saw Phantom of the Opera, ate at Christopher's and had Breakfast at Tiffany's but the thing we still talk about most was our experience here. Must say, it was all down to George, an incredible kind soul and we can't wait to go back just to say hi again. We went two days on the run and to see his face light up when we were there again was incredible. A gentleman that truly cares about his service and the true definition of a Barista. "Nothing special tbh" what do you want a latte to be? Lol. Its expensive, duh it's Harrods in London?! It's like going to Marina Bay Sands in Singapore and saying the wine is a little steep... Of course it is. What makes it worth the price tag is the experience these guys create, the desserts are phenomenal and we spent the best part of an hour and a half each time here.
