"Caffè Nero in Chingford is the best coffee shop in the world. Nero’s coffee has always been the best, but it’s the staff that make this branch so fantastic. Monica the manager is just brilliant, a wonderful lady who is polite, respectful and a lot of fun. She always has a big smile on her face and calls me by my name which is really nice. I have been going to this shop everyday for more years than I can remember and seeing Monica really does make my day - Awesome job Monica. There is a new staff member called Josh and he is also extremely good. He knows my name already and always engages me in conversation, plus he make great coffee. He’s definitely manager material for the future."
