“So impressed how this store has managed this year with Covid and keeping everyone safe - well done!! Staff at entrance always friendly and helpful, as well as at tills, store always well stocked, great management of all customers to queue appropriately and wearing masks, hand and trolley cleaning gel always available. Some constructive criticism- staff stocking up shelves sometimes block up an aisle with their trolleys and can be friendlier when customers are trying to get past or need to get to an item - friendliness costs nothing. And thank you for the time for NHS staff to shop - it has been so immensely helpful, just for that I'll remain a loyal customer!! I mostly buy catfood and fresh produce which doesn't cost the earth such a lovely variety of freshly baked goods,I only wish they had more vegetarian meals and sandwiches but other than that good friendly polite staff who help pack your bags properly :)”
