Premier Inn London Richmond hotel
“Special mention to Daniela! From day one she made our stay so much better. She works incredibly hard, always with a smile on her face and nothing was too much trouble. She’s a real asset to the hotel and is a great example of someone who delivers excellent customer service.”
Pelican London Hotel & Residence
“Needed a place to stay whilst visiting nan in hospital. Very good location - basically on Sat George's premesis opposite Atkinson and Morley wing on blackshaw road. Very reasonable and the late check out can be purchased till 2pm! Good WiFi too was able to work from there in the morning.”
Premier Inn South Mimms/Potters Bar hotel
“Easy access from the motorway, and very affordable room rates. Rooms were comfortable, well maintained and clean. Only minor complaint was we only got a single bath towel for a double room, but likely just minor oversight - the others in our party had plenty in their room. Breakfast plentiful and good quality. The staff were lovely!”
Holiday Inn Express London - Golders Green (A406), an IHG Hotel
“This is a great value hotel for families. Stayed for 2nights, one adult and 2 teens and it was great. The room was clean and spacious enough and the breakfast was good. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfy as it didn't seem like it would be. The nearest tube is a bus ride away but the buses are frequent and the bus stop is right outside. Although the hotel is very close to the busy north circular the sound proofing is great. We had a family with a baby in the next room but never heard a thing. A short drive from the M1 and free parking make it an easy get in and get out for anyone coming from the north. Lovely staff too.”
Residence Inn by Marriott London Kensington
“Our stay was great. The location is good if you prefer to stay away from the big crowds and touristy areas. I found the Tesco next to the hotel be convenient and didn’t bother me at all that it is besides the car park. Breakfast is awesome. Lots of options, huge seating area, and the staff was really helpful. The manager was always checking in on guests. The room was nice and overall okay, my only recommendation would be a more thorough cleaning in some areas of the room. But sheets, towels and the bathroom were good.”
Best Western Swiss Cottage Hotel
“Very nice and comfortable hotel room was nice clean and warm internet is amazing on the hotel and the hotel decoration is amazing.”

“I have stayed at this hotel it’s so lovely. The staff was outstanding I guess his name his Mubeen or Muneeb the way he addressed me was so pleasant. I strongly recommend this hotel for stay. It’s located in centre of London.”
Travelodge London Central Elephant and Castle
“We stayed here for one night for my nephews birthday. On arrival we were met by the lovely Raj, the Deputy Manager. Check in wasn’t til 3 but we agreed to pay a small fee for early check in. Raj kindly upgraded us to a family room with a beautiful view and also gave the kids some chocolates. He even offered to put the birthday banners in the room whilst we went shopping. Summary - great hotel; spacious and clean, friendly staff and a short distance to the nearest tube stop and shops and restaurants.”
Point A London, Liverpool Street
“My girlfriend and I spent only one night in the hotel but I must say that everything was beyond our expectations. Wonderful location very close to the metro. Very pleasant service and welcome, complete with all information. Room of the right size for a couple and in perfect condition. The kind and friendly staff allowed us to enjoy a truly perfect accommodation. Really satisfied.”
St Christopher's Inn London Bridge
“Was initially a bit skeptical as the price was incredibly cheap. I was thinking, ‘’it must be too good to be true.’’ Fortunately, my worries were put at rest once I entered the hostel. The receptionist was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were nice and clean. However, if I may nitpick, the block of wood in front of the shower and bathroom doors catches many off guard. I’ve nearly tripped over a couple of times. Nonetheless I’m very pleased with my stay and will return!”
Club Quarters Hotel London City, London
“Located a 5 minute walk from London Bridge, very convenient for Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Very clean and extremely quiet at night, good breakfast, free water and bottles, only downside is the parking is off site and a 10 min drive away..... but that is typical of downtown London hotels so should be no surprise at all.”
Argyle Square Hotel
“Booked for 4 nights by Garvit at the desk. Super courteous chap. Rooms though small are comfortable with proper heating. Since we were aged he gave us a room on the first floor. Cassandra another person also super helpful. Every time we met these two they always asked if we were comfortable and wanted anything. Hairdryer to extra towels, toiletries etc. Rooms are quiet with no traffic sounds. Walking to Kings X is just 5 minutes.”
Holiday Inn Express London-Royal Docks, Docklands, an IHG Hotel
“We stayed here for one night due to its close proximity is to the O2 arena. The hotel is around 20 minutes from central London by tube, and one tube stop away from the O2. The hotel staff were pleasant and friendly, and the free breakfast includes a wide range of buffet style hot and cold food and drinks. Great stay. I will definitely come back.”

“Very friendly and approachable staff. I had a pleasure of dealing with Ruby at the front desk. She is very friendly, extremely professional and unbelievably cheery, given the early hours of the day. Overall - really satisfied. Thank you!”

“The staff here could not have been nicer or more supportive. Going above and beyond, helpful and friendly, cheap and convenient car parking. Out of the way so quiet given the London location. Will definitely return.”

“Room was clean and tidy. Excellent staff, very welcoming and friendly. Nice quiet hotel with ample car parking. Bed is comfortable and decent size bathroom. Highly recommended.”
Premier Inn Romford Central (Mercury Gardens) hotel
“I've been staying here on work once a month for the last 2 years. It's a consistent, solid premier inn hotel. Staff are lovely. James is a legend. None of the rooms I've been in so far have been haunted.”
Gidea Park Hotel
“A very good small hotel. Clean and tidy, quiet and modern rooms. Excellent service from a very friendly team. Breakfast was well cooked and the coffee was great. Don't hesitate, it's easy to recommend this one. Free parking.”
Alhambra Hotel
“Ideally located near King’s Cross and St Pancras stations, perfect for all transportation in, out and around London. Rooms aren’t large but comfortable, well equipped and clean which could be a rare thing in the area. Access to the room can be a little tricky if you have large luggage. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Great place for a short London stay.”
Hotel Meridiana
“An absolutely lovely stay at this hotel. Very budget friendly, simple clean rooms, and lovely service. Location is perfect right next to major train stations and subway lines. Beds are comfy, rooms are nice and toasty on the night time, and despite the central location it was quiet at night! So no disturbances. We stayed in a basic twin room, so no bathroom, but the toilet and shower facilities were conveniently located right outside the door. Our only downside is the three flights of stairs, but you get used to them!”
St. Athans Hotel
“I loved staying here. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and even went out of their way to make sure I could print my train tickets for my next stop. It's a very easy walk to the Euston and Russell Square tube stations, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Bathrooms are shared but there are many, so I never had to wait. And they're very clean! There was a sink in my room so I didn't have to go to the shared bathrooms to brush my teeth or wash my hands. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to London.”
Brewers Inn Hotel
“Highly recommend! This hotel is located near a small shopping center, supermarket, and cafes. The room was small but comfortable for one person - my room was the ‘small double room’. The staff were very friendly as well. The hotel is located above a pub/restaurant but there were no noise issues. However, it can get a little loud as the hotel is located near a busy street. Other than that, nothing but positive things to say about my stay at the Brewer’s inn.”
London Choice Apartments - Mayfair - Piccadilly
“We have been three days staying in these apartments and we have felt at home! Without a doubt, I would repeat my stay! It is very well located and very quiet! Well cared for and very attentive”
