“From the second i landed i knew i was in safe hands. Ahmed from Al-Ansar was waiting for us and helped us get our sims sorted. We arrived at our hotel (Frontel) promptly where Al-Ansar had arranged us food, because they knew we’d be hungry. We were settled into the hotel and Madinah and Makkah were amazing as always. Al-Ansar were always there to help us with any questions / concerns. Brother Kausar was always checking up on us to see if we’re okay. They arranged transport to the Haramain rail and dropped us to Madinah airport on departure. Ahmed helped us check in and get ZamZam. All in all it was an amazing experience. I would recommend highly to anyone to use this travel agent.”

“The family and I had a pleasent experience with Al-safa. Thankfully everything went through smoothly and both hotels in Makkah & Madina were close to the Harram which was ideal. In hindsight, I am slightly dissapointed that our contacts (although they were very helpful and welcoming) were unable to speak in English so the tours may not have been as informative as they could have been. All in all, Al-Safa were great. A nice touch having the owner bid you farewell and check up to ensure your stay was pleasent.”

“Today myself and my partner ventured into the Romford TUI branch to be greeted by Ella - well what can we say about Ella, she patiently spent hours with us to ensure we booked our dream holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for her, from jumping onto trip advisor to check out different hotel revies, with us changing our minds last minute and wanting another hotel. She was easy to talk to knowledgeable, patient and super friendly. We felt in safe hands and just booked everything in one go including the hotel for the night before our departure, insurances, seats and all of our day trips and lounge access. This was solely down to the fact that we instantly connected with Ella and trusted her to guide and organise us through everything. Ella went through each element ensuring that she gave us copies with all key information highlighted. We were offered tea coffee and fed chocolates :) Shout out to Barbara as well who also was professional and super friendly and jumped in to assist us as well. These girls in the Romford branch are top notch and deserve special recognition - they made us feel valued and special!! if you want a non-pushy and honest service I strongly urge you to pop into the Romford branch and specifically ask for one of these lovely ladies......... Let’s fly travel came to me as an blessing ! 2020 being sucha stressfull year I was very spectacular about whether I should book an holiday to Egypt for December 2020 or not , and how the holiday would turn out to be. I loved my stay so much and monju was always in contact with me 24/7 answering any queries I had even advising me the money exchange rates, shopping malls I can visit and where to book excursions and what to expect on them with the best prices !! One night before I was due to come to London I contacted monju and requested for my vacation to be extended for another further 6 days and monju as usual was so hands on and made the changes with the flights and hotel and extended my day the same day! If monju wasn’t on hand I wouldn’t of extended my stay and I would of came back but I got to enjoy a stress free for another further 6 days all with the help of monju. He is the best travel agent !
