“While the price up front may seem quite daunting, it is certainly worth every penny. The staff were exceptional, catering to our every need, especially Sonya, who was able to secure us bookings in the restaurants of our choice every evening with no problems at all. The room was unbelievable. The views out the window were worth the price alone. The restaurant in the hotel was exceptional as well, with the Mongolian Beef being my recommendation. In summary, the Shangri-La is a once in a lifetime experience that should not be missed.”

“I stayed here for a week with my family while traveling for work. Our room was very clean and cleaning/refreshing was offered daily. I was gone most of each day, but thought everyone was very nice and accommodating. Staff were happy to help with taxis, umbrellas, and gave me converters for electronics after I realized I left mine at home. My family was at the hotel much more than I was, and they had great things to say about the staff, food, etc.”

“We stayed in this hotel Fri-Mon as a base to explore London. Wow we were impressed. Firstly the staff, everyone we spoke to were super friendly and really helpful. Secondly, the laid back lobby/cafe area had a really great vibe, we were happy spending a few hours in here one evening. They offered us two free drinks as we joined their membership (completely free and just a touch of a link). The breakfast was perfect, cooked well and great selection. The room has everything you need, good size and extremely quiet. We didn’t hear anything outside of our room. The wifi is good throughout, the beds are really comfy and there are spare cushions in the rooms. Checkout is 12 which is great for London! Location wise, this is just outside of the tube station (jubilee line) so couldn’t be more convenient, we recommend heading towards the o2 for great restaurants, dockside walks and the cable car only 1 stop away or 15 minute walk. 10/10 would recommend and we would definitely book an Ibis again.”

“The design of this hotel is very sleek, a very easy atmosphere to relax in. I had an excellent lunch here at the Mosaic restaurant. The food was delicious and there was a great selection of wines and cocktails to choose from. I experienced very welcoming and attentive staff. I would like to a extend a special thank you to Thomas for his recommendations and for looking after me throughout my visit! I will definitely come again.”

“Love this hotel. Great staff. Good location for transport as it is within walking distance from Waterloo Tube and Mainline stations. The station has an M&S when you want a packed lunch. New street cafe at hotel has hot water bottles and heaters for the colder days. Short walk to St Thomas's hospital, London Eye, South Bank entertainment center and Westminster bridge.”

“Situated in a very convenient location in Central London. I went to Vombat during my office visit. Front office service was very quick and the staff was very friendly. Provided detailed information about the facility. The rooms were very nice. I've met lots of nice people there. All the beds are provided with very clean linen and a separate locker. Washrooms were also clean and tidy but it depends on whom you are in your dorm. They have a nice cozy bar on the ground floor and a separate laundry and a kitchen as well. Worth the price and very cheap compared to the other same kind of facilities in London.”

Great food. The room was spacious, clean and had facilities that i needed including iron kettle...I loved the the hotel decor and the building. The atmosphere was peaceful and calm. “Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any resort. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you won't be disappointed. Lovely welcome by receptionist. Room was a good size and v. clean with city view out. Nice seating lobby area. Would definitely stay again, if we got a good price like this time, as booked quite a way in advance.”

“Spent the night in the hotel before flying off to Athens. There is a covered walk to Terminal 5. Maria the receptionist greeted us and was so welcoming, friendly and professional. We checked in and checked out fabulous room. King-size bed, shower cubicle and separate bath, towelling robes and slippers. Loads of extras, natural loofah scrub and Balmain toiletries. We had breakfast the next morning and there was everything you could wish for. Highly recommended. It's not cheap but a perfect way to start your holiday. View of runway, room very quiet.”

“Great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and in an ideal location opposite tube. Shops over the road. Parking on site. We parked our car on arrival and used the tube daily. Ate in the restaurant the first night and had breakfast. Good selection available.”

“The Ealing location was amazing room was clean and the staff extremely friendly. My sons and I were traveling over for a football match and in the chaos I had thought I booked the Wembley Ibis. The staff there kindly held our bags until the event was over. Was thankful to know our bags were safe while we had fun.”

“My go to hotel when in this part of London. Chiswick High Street great place to eat and drink. Hotel itself has great rooms, fabulous breakfasts and extremely helpful staff. Arrived late one evening due to delayed flights, kitchen was just closing but still produced food and drink without issue. Highly recommend.”

“Excellent staff, great bar, rooms are very comfortable. Really recommend it for business meetings. Shuttle bus to and from the airport. Great time there. If you need to go in city center its is convenient to catch the underground at the nearest underground station, easily reachable with a bus, you save a lot of time if you compare to go back to airport and catch there the underground. We just had a one night stay flying into and then out of Heathrow. We took the free bus there from the airport and it was about a 30 minute ride from Heathrow. The hotel is clean and modern, very typical Novotel property. They do have a nice bar for snacks and breakfast plus a full service restaurant. The service in the restaurant is great and the food is very good Italian. Clean, spacious room with full amenities. Very good restaurant, though it used to be small and intimate with lots of ambiance, and has been expanded and a bit too modern. Great hotel stay near airport. Good bus service from airport. Stayed here as most people do I imagine to be close to the airport before flying early the next day. Was a bit troublesome to get to - would have been better if walking distance from the airport - but when we got there we had a very nice meal in the Italian restaurant. Went for a swim afterwards, Room was good, very nice bathroom and shower, nice TV and comfy bed (but pillows too soft and no choice to change them). Would certainly go back if needing an overnighter. Stayed for a couple of days at this property while working with a client. The staff here was outstanding. You expect helpful and courteous, but there was an extra level of helpfulness and kindness to the service provided. We used the business conference services and for a very reasonable price, we had opening coffee/tea service, two catered breaks and a hot buffet lunch - all served in a very, very creative and appealing manner. The level of service from the business services team was superb, even paying attention to when we took breaks to ensure that a meal was shifted if needed. I would love to replicate this property and what they are doing in other locations!”

“Our hotel in three different occasions during our UK tour. Rooms are fine but the beds are on the narrow side, though. The included breakfast was great. Subway is five minutes away on foot (Central Line, North Acton), as well as two supermarkets, a Subway, Domino's and Papa John's restaurants. Not much else, though. Good value”

“Very impressed with our 3 course Sunday lunch today. The manager accommodated my dietary requirement with a different starter, the roast sirloin was really good, the cauliflower cheese was one of the best I’ve had & the apple & pear crumble was divine. Yes service was at a leisurely pace but with the piano playing for the guests it was a relaxed setting to enjoy our lunch in. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff so I’d thoroughly recommend.”

We were 10 adults and 3 children staying over shabbos before our daughter's wedding in March. Pre - ordered kosher meals for Friday night and Saturday lunch and all went smoothly.”

“The entire experience in the hotel was fantastic, nothing to complain about ! Rooms are quite comfortable, spacious and well equipped (even with a kettle and accessible plugs for 'European design'). The location of the hotel is excellent: a few kilometres from the center of London and a train station in 1 minute walk away . The professionalism of the staff is also to be highlighted. We have made our check-in with Harris, who in a very smooth and didactic way gave us the most important information about the reservation and facilities. The Housekeeping team is highest quality as well; the room was in the best condition as possible when we arrived, and the cleaning service the day after was successfully completed. We also really liked the fact that the workers greeted us when we passed each other in the corridor. It is something that seems to be unimportant, but I think it does matter and you do it ! Finally, the bar has a long and diverse menu of food and drinks to offer, and they have the possibility to deliver in room. The girl who was there when I went to have a drink was quite pleasant in her guest treat and efficient doing her work. Congratulations to the whole team !”

“My room was simple but clean and tidy with a good vibe. The manager made me feel respected and safe as a single older woman. I lost my key when my purse was stolen and had to ring to get in. There was a kind and efficient response as he replaced my key. I would stay again. The hotels in a great location for London visits.”
