“We really enjoyed our stay at Frank and Sarah's - they are excellent hosts and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was beautiful and very comfortable with views over the garden and an ensuite which we really appreciated. Breakfast was great, lots on offer and all excellent quality. “This hotel was WONDERFUL! We needed a last minute place to stay and the hotel staff were extremely accommodating and even provided us with a bottle of champagne to celebrate our honeymoon arrival to London. The breakfast meals were delicious and included in our booking. They included a variety of choices and all were outstanding. Coffee was delivered to our room daily without extra costs. The staff were very attentive and thoughtful in all interactions. It was a very good price for the location, room, amenities and kind staff. We will definitely recommend this place and stay here (or with other hotels in this company) in the future.”

“Due to flight being delayed, my mom and a family of 4 missed the connecting flight. I rang the hotel and Vladimir, the guesthouse owner, held 2 rooms and made sure, they were alright. He also organized the taxi the next day. The rooms were very clean, the guesthouse just a short drive from LHR airport. It was a huge relief for the travellers and me, to know, there was someone who actually cared (Airline didn't help at all!!) We will definitly be going back!”

“My stay was quite pleasant! After a long day of travel, found the staff very friendly and accomodating. The food in the restaurant was delicious as was the breakfast spread. My room was chilly last night and they brought me extra blankets. Bed was comfortable. Room was very clean and I must say again how friendly and accommodating the staff was!”

“Very close to railway station. Clean warm room. Very friendly and helpful staff.easy booking in and nice hot breakfast. Pub restaurant opposite the hotel that was very busy during our stay. Retail park just down the road and easily walking distance. Ample free parking at hotel.”

“We stayed here for the second time this year as loved it so much. It is a beautiful hotel, gorgeous historic rooms with spacious bathrooms, very comfortable beds. The Angel bar is great fun to go in the evening and enjoy music and cocktails. Guildford as a town has a lot to offer and after a busy day exploring Guildford you can enjoy a restful night sleep in a beautiful period room. The reception staff on arrival were brilliant and the staff in the evening and at checkout were brilliant. Professional and friendly and very welcoming. Looking forward staying here again soon.”

“Very nice hotel, Holiday Inn Express style. We booked a double room with twin beds for me and my daughter. The room was clean, shower was really great. Breakfast was quite good and the staff at the front desk is nice and helpful. Location is superb, with North Acton station just around the corner, and bus station in front of the hotel entrance. Tesco express, Costa and Domino's are nearby.”

“It's have a nice cosy room. Bathroom was cleaned and bad was comfortable. Nice lobby with some sort of nice decor. The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjoyable. Definitely will come back to stay here again. This really makes me happy when I came and left...”

“Really handy, clean, ideal hotel for an short stay in the Big Smoke. No windows in rooms, but they are fine. Difficult to get air con to work, though; it can get hot in those pod-like spaces. But staff were great. All good.”

“Very cozy, magical atmosphere. Staff is very helpful and polite. Room was clean and comfortable. They play classical music all day long and the lounge where tea is served is very charming. Great location, right by the Olympia station with access to the Circle line and also easily accessible by bus. Highly recommended.”

“We were upgraded on arrival to a suite. The suite was huge, classy and the facilities were amazing specially the jacuzzi. A very quaint friendly hotel which I would definitely stay at again. Super friendly staff and the commute to Wembley was so easy. Highly recommended”

“To be fair, I really like this Travelodge. The ladies on the desk are always very lovely when I go particularly one, but I can't remember her name!! The parking here is really easy, sometimes it does get busy but there is parking round the back of the hotel itself that people don't realise! The rooms are nice enough and are perfect for any business trips as you can easily access most things in London. From, Brent cross.”

“Really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express Earls Court. Great communication with Katarina before we arrived. Quick and easy check in. Comfy beds, great shower, room very clean. Having breakfast included is a real bonus in London. 2 tube stations within a 12 minute walk. Restaurants and pubs a 2 minute walk away. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again in the future.”

“Arrived 45 minutes before original check in and the receptionist at the front was amazing, very polite and double checked to see if the room was ready for us and it was. She allowed us to check in early. Not sure her name which is a shame but she deserves alot of praise, blonde hair I'd say mid 20's, slim build. She check dus in at 14.15 on the 22nd of October and she worked in the breakfast area the following morning. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast food was outstanding especially the bacon and black pudding. All staff serving breakfast were polite and respectful. Will defiantly stay again when I visit family in London again.”

“Lovely clean hotel. Friendly staff. We had a very nice twin room at the front looking over the tennis courts. The room had a tv, air conditioner. Lots of tea coffee and milk and a bottle of water each. The dining room looked lovely, table set out with white tablecloths and flowers. Breakfast was plentiful with juices, coffee, tea, cereals, croissants, fruit all buffet style. There was also full english served to the table. A hotel we would definitely use again.”

“We had a fab weekend, the hotel was lovely and clean, pleasant staff, the food was good, breakfast was perfect. The Docklands Light Railway has a stop within very easy walking distance enabling you to get into central London very easily, this is now our go to hotel, you will not be disappointed.Thank you so much”

“Just stayed here for the night booked a family room which had plenty of space for kids to play around. Neat and tidy rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was included. Reception was lively ( nice world cup atmosphere ) Receptionist were both extremely professional and helpful. Packing is on first come first serve basis so make sure you arrive around checkout time. Even though it's quite a small hotel overall I was impressed with the level of sound proofing, rooms had pin drop silence at night even though the Hotel was extremely busy.”

“Great service at every level: front desk, housekeeping, breakfast support, and security. Bed was comfortable, strong shower, and I didn’t hear any neighbors the four nights I was there. Only drawback for me was not having a refrigerator in the room, but I knew that when I booked it and it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Uber/taxis were easy enough to get and I never waited more than ten minutes or so. I only ate once in the hotel neighborhood, but there were a number of takeaway/delivery options and a decent small grocery within a five minute walk.”

“We recently had an extended stay here due to being unexpectedly turfed out of our homes. The premier plus rooms were delightful, the location is two minutes (if that) from the tube station, it’s relatively new and super clean and the breakfast was great. The ability to have rooms cancellable until check-in is very helpful. The staff could not have done more for us and went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed - Special thanks to Lorraine and Ashley whose generosity and kindness we won’t forget!
