Pet Doctors Guildford
● Closed“We have been with Pet Doctors Guildford since getting our puppy in January of this year. They have been unfailingly kind, supportive and knowledgeable. We've had a few scares due to being first time puppy 'parents' but they have held our hands throughout and called back so promptly when I've asked for help. Our dog was recently neutered and they could not have been more caring and sensitive to his needs. Very very highly recommended.”

Medivet Guildford
● Closed“Recently our cat was involved in a road traffic accident and I can truly say that the care he received at Medivet saved his life before he could be transferred to Fitzpatricks Referrals. Would highly recommend this practice. He was firstly treated by Vets Now at Stockton by Nick and Hannah who were amazing and then handed over to another vet whose name I forget unfortunately and Meryl. They were all incredible and we will be eternally grateful for their support and expertise”

The Runnymede Hospital
● Closed“I was seen by the consultant Mr. Agrawal on Wednesday because of unbearable pain due to Kidney Stone as shown by the CT Scan. I was operated on the next day. I am so glad I chose that option as the stone was breached and would prolong my agony. I am now pain free and back to normal. The care was excellent and very professional from outpatients to discharge! The staff was so warm and so caring. Extra care was given to me as a patient with round the clock checks until my discharge the following day. The food was excellent too. Highly recommended!”

● Open“So impressed with the care in this hospital. My daughter was taken in with bronchilitis and needed oxygen. The doctors were fantastic. Very caring and took their time to explain everything. I’ve always had good experiences with this hospital. Even when I had a miscarriage, the care was excellent at what was a difficult time. Thank you! Made me very grateful to have the NHS on weds night!”

St Peter's Hospital
● Open“After finding myself in the unfortunate circumstances of being in a&e, seeing the GPs exhausted, the nurses understaffed and trying their best. I was glad I could be someone who smiled and thanked them for their time. It may have taken 9.5hr and an overnight stay… but their dedication to their job got me the answers I needed in a day. I was well cared for and received amazing care and multiple services which would have taken me months to do without their support. The night nurse who I am regretful to not know her name was incredible. We shared laughs when deep down I was scared. Thank you to all your team who did an amazing job for me! Keep working for what you believe in and I hope the system gives back to you all what you deserve!”

AURA Veterinary
● Open“Wow I don’t know where to start! This journey has been a huge emotional rollercoaster for all of us! Long story short; Magda and her team saved our 5 month old Bullmastiff puppy’s life. Prince is so special to us all, and you did everything you could and more to save him. Everyone that works at aura is so lovely and kind and professional, they provided round the clock intensive care for our boy, and carried out major surgery and because of that he is still with us now. Magda, we want to thank you personally for everything you’ve done for us. You are so kind, and you’ve cared for our prince in ways we never thought anyone could. We really can’t recommend aura veterinary enough, thank you again so so much, prince & family xxx”

Mr Shaheen Khazali
● Closed“I was diagnosed with one of the worst case of endometriosis back in 2004 and had my first open surgery back then with a different doctor and in a different country. I then carried on with treatment of my recurring endometriosis by alternating the mirena coil and lupron injections. I was told that I needed a second surgery but avoided it all costs because I couldn't a find a surgeon that made me feel confident about the results of my procedure. In January 2018, my endometriosis worsened (with a vengeance) and the doctors discovered that I had fibroids in my uterus that was causing excessive bleeding and bloating of my lower tummy and was told I needed a hysterectomy and possibly the removal of my ovaries. After asking around, I was recommended to see Dr. Khazali. I knew from the very moment I met him that he was the right surgeon for my complicated procedure and that I would be in good hands. He was straight and honest with me about what to expect from my procedure and what may happen. I felt confident knowing that I found an expert in endometriosis who specialised in complicated procedures like mine. I was operated by Dr. Khazali in April 2018 and my procedure was successful despite its complications (my uterus had grown 2x its size and was partially stuck to my bowel, therefore I had to undergo open instead of keyhole surgery); although we spoke about trying to save my ovaries during our consultations, my ovaries unfortunately were removed due to the endometriosis. I did not experience any post operation complications and my recovery has been surprisingly faster than what I expected and successful.”

Mr Anil Tailor, Consultant Gynaecologist
● Open“Mr Anil Tailor is an exceptionally proficient Consultant Gynaecologist. He is extremely personable, friendly, warm, compassionate and supportive. I trusted in his medical abilities to deliver the most competent treatment for my womb cancer. He thoroughly explained my condition honestly and and encouraged my questions. My fears and anxieties were immediately placated by his demeanour and expertise. It is testament to his exceptional, professional skills that I was discharged the day after the robotic total hysterectomy op. I have not required any painkillers or experienced any pain since the op day. I remain in awe of his operating skills. Mr Tailor far exceeded his medical responsibilities towards me. He spent hours of his own time over a 3 week period in combative discussions with my insurer who were reluctant to pay for the robotic op. On an almost daily basis Mr Tailor kept me abreast of progress at all hours of the day and late evening. It is testament to his drive and determination to secure the best possible treatment for me that he did eventually win the battle. I cannot speak highly enough of Mr Tailor, his skills, knowledge and experience are of the highest quality. I will always be forever thankful that at the most difficult time of my life that Mr Tailor was my Consultant.”
