“Last night I checked out places to eat out in Hayes for today and I came across your establishment. I was not sure about it but out of sentiment for Nepal which we visited exactly 5 years ago, and out of curiosity, we gave it a go! What a good decision it was! A clean and atmospheric place it is, with a smiling young woman taking orders, and really tasty food. My rice cooked to perfection, chicken and dahl yummy, all fresh, and the milk tea just as I like it. All four of us were very happy with the experience. And what's important, many Nepali people eat there too!”

“Great vetinary group!! We booked an appointment for the next day online with ease. On the day, they had a cancellation called if we wanted to come early. That was helpful. There is parking outside, just outside the building. The vet was very friendly and knowledgable and we were happy with our consultation (£45). The reception also had pet goodies if needed.”

This is a story when a person from the heart and soul helps people to find stability and peace. From our first meeting, he everytime very carefully analysed my situation, read between the lines, asked those questions that are relevant to my case and revealed the true reason why I was suffering from it. At the same time, communicating with him is like when you communicate with a close friend with a cup of tea. This inspires me very much. I think he is a gifted person on what he does and he does it professionally. Thanks to him, for the first time in so many years, I did not experience dangerous manic episodes and a deep attack of depression, which I had every, every damn year! I cannot even believe it, can I finally live stable like all normal people, It turns out yes I can. WOW”

“Absolutely fantastic staff, extremely helpful and supportive in every way possible. Couldn't ask for anything better. I live in Windsor and I don't go anywhere else for my animal care. Plus the prices are more suitable to us as a family. They also focus on the animal welfare and medical conditions and have in the past been supportive to me and let me arrange a payment plan due to my circumstances. And preformed surgery on our dogs which has been extremely good . And we are so grateful they were able to help dogs due to the extreme pain they were in. Very much appreciated and very pleased. 100 per cent never use any other places as had bad experiences with rude staff and completely rocket prices that I couldn't even think about. Alex and Cleo very passionate and patient with everyone and everything they do. It's great and I feel at total ease and confidence and in safe hands with pets. My animals mean the world to me especially our dogs. Thankyou to the excellent staff always. X”

“I recently took my dog for a mandatory check up. My dog is very nervous of the vets. The new vet came out to me in the waiting room and was just so lovely and careing. I felt like she actually cared about my dog and not just the money. She was just so brilliant. I'm so happy she is there and I hope she stays there.”

“A humble restaurant in West London (Hayes) that offers a great tasty Pakistani food for a low budget. The food is spicy, I always go for "Chicken biryani" as It's my favourite and It's only for £3. I would recommend you to go there around 4:00pm or 9:00pm to be served quickly without any need to wait, unlike midday, you'd be waiting in a massive queue while you wouldn't find any space where you can eat in as well. (This has been my favourite Pakistani restaurant since my first day in London back in 2018).”

Beds were very comfy. Bathroom was lovely. Loads of space for storage. The only thing was there wasn't a room service menu! But I could have asked for one if I wanted it. It was just great! Wish I could have stayed longer than a night.”
