So called up Totland and to my surprise they could source the stroller that I wanted. Amazing service - ordered the pram late Tuesday afternoon and arrived at my home on Thursday. Very quick shipping! I didn't know that Totland stocked this particular brand otherwise I would have bought straight from there. Now that I know I will always contact Totland to check if they can order the items for me. The staff here make sure that everything is ordered perfectly and correctly and hassle free just a simple phone call. I also bought my pram set from Totland over a year ago before my baby was born and again had excellent service. Pricing always reasonable and unbeatable. Everything is homemade and fresh, with an attention to detail in each dish. Music was great. Beer menu, excellent. I had a salt beef sandwich and it was perfect. To anyone saying it's a bit pricey: You get what you pay for, and that's never been more true than here. “Went in with my family today to try the pie and mash, looked at the menu and saw a mixed grill option. The food was fantastic the steak was brilliant and my family absolutely loved the pie and mash. Would absolutely recommend this place to everyone ( the women working there are fantastic too )”

“First of all, what a fantastic name for a cafe this place has. We were actually heading somewhere else for lunch when we passed by and loved the name enough to break our plans and eat here. We enjoyed a chai latte and one of their hot chocolates (we had salted caramel). Both were delicious and well made. We also tried two different toasties from their menu. The bread was delicious and perfectly toasted. The sandwiches were very much worth the change in our plans. We would visit again. Edit: we returned and tried additional menu items. They met the expectation set by our first visit. Friendly staff, too.”

“I know this is a long review, but they deserve it! 5***** Looking to get external insulation and render done before the winter. Getting quotes from builders, noticed they are trying to make money if they buy the materials by using the inflation excuse. So thought let me shop around. Came across EWI Store, website looking good but as I know nothing about building work, I still was not sure what I needed. Decided to call them up, I spoke to Calum Heaney. He was very polite and patient with me as I was asking plenty of questions being a newbie. Calum had explained the process and what I needed, he also explained the differences between the product as the variety options can be daunting. He got me a quote as soon as I got off the phone via email. Now speaking to my builder, I had to change the quantity according to his work and Calum was helpful in making the changes. Once the products arrived, everything was spot on. Out of 55 adhesive bags that I ordered, 2 had a slight split on the bag and some of the powder had come out probably from delivery and I got in touch with the Customer Support department and spoke to Sushmita Sharma. Again, very helpful and told me she will arrange for 2 replacement bags to be sent which I received a couple of days later. Process was very simple. I would like to thank both for their service as it has been flawless compared to other places I have been too when shopping around. The experience was worth it as I now know the process of external insulation and rendering a home. Another thing to point out is that I saved over £1000 on materials compared to what the builder quoted me.”

“At the end of a busy Saturday, with all staff busy unloading a delivery, I went into this shop in early May '22 looking for a specific cleaning product. The shop assistant not only showed me what they had, but stopped me spending £8 when I could spend $1.99 and get exactly what I actually needed. How very unusual these days to get such customer service! Despite the urgency of their task, I was never rushed. I will go back on the basis that real value is created by friendly, practical customer care.”
