"Dreadful experience with this company, I’ve worked in retail and I would never treat a costumer how I’ve been treated. When you spend £700 on a item and you book a day off work for arranged delivery and it doesn’t show up it’s very frustrating especially when u lose money but that didn’t just happen once it happen 3 times. The company stopped taking my phone calls and my messages of concern on WhatsApp but they simply did not comply with any communications. I would highly recommend you spend your money else where because I’m now going through citizens advice to seek help as they simply won’t communicate with me at all. They should be disgusted and ashamed on how this was dealt with."
