She thought outside of the box and brought ideas to the table that we hadn't previously considered, but which were perfect for the space. “I went in to my local Screwfix branch (Croydon - Purley Way) to measure up a replacement syphon for a toilet cistern. I was served by Jennifer who was extra-helpful - bringing me different ones to look at so I could compare against the old one I had with me. It was really nice to be looked after like that, for a trivial, £20 purchase. Very pleased and I hope her management let her know what a great job she's doing.”

“It's s good showroom and has very friendly, helpful and patient staff members. Easy to order. Plenty of parking spaces outside. Inside the showroom, the lighting is not great and hard to see some samples properly, but they sent me samples for peace of mind.”

“IKEA store arranged over 2 floors with everything you come to expect. Even at busy lunch times there always seem to be somewhere to sit and the tables are cleaning very carefully between each guest. Somehow they have managed to keep the price of food reasonable despite inflation in Summer of 2022. The toilets are well maintained and the staff very helpful. Overall a first rate experience.”
