Alejandra manages the show room I believe, only knew that from her emails - her passion and ability to genuinely care regards buying the right sofa and rug was very empowering. “I just purchased a Sleep Story Luxury 2000 divan set and was very impressed with the whole set up at Furniture Village Guildford. Talking to a properly qualified salesman (Ian McPhee) who actually knew what he was talking about was like a breath of fresh air. I also visited Dreams & DFS but couldn’t find anyone to help without them reading off the description cards attached to the beds. Ian was absolutely brilliant and a very nice chap also.”
