"Good store, well laid out but be prepared that their customer service varies on who you are. The previous customer was treated 100 times better than I did; asked if they needed a bag, smiled at, told them to have a nice day etc. My service included having to ask for a bag after the price was said, no smiles (not even eye contact!), it was as if I was an invisible paying person. And the best part, no parting words because they were too interested in talking to their colleague about the current sale coming up and the intake they've taken this week already. In all, completely rude. Now, you might think I may have deserved that service but I tried to get eye contact to smile, asked politely if I could have a bag and I browsed the store quietly with no interactions with staff during my browsing. I can only assume I was met with rudeness because of either my age, gender or whatever I had that the previous customer hadn't. Wouldn't stop me from shopping there; however, it has made me aware that I'll probably not get nice customer service when buying products from there."
